I went here for diagnostic testing on 12/2/21,12/28/21, and 2/16/22. They stated that the first available appointment for my results would be 6/23/22, even though their contract states the testing is only accurate for 3-6 months. My insurance and I paid them, they got paid 800$ for each visit and their billing department confirmed they **** in advance to be able to produce their evaluation of results I would get on June 23. For example for an 1.5 hr appt they billed for over 5 hours. On 5/22/22 I posted a negative ****** review of them and on 5/23/22 I received a text that my appointment had been canceled and I was discharged as a client. I called multiple times and sent emails to figure out why as I need my results and the only response I got was an email stating my results would be sent to my PCP. I had filled out a release of information in February for all my test results to be sent to my therapist who holds the same credentials and can interpret the testing and they have yet to send the results to her, me, or anyone. They have been paid for services they literally will not let me get. If you look on ****** they respond hatefully to all negative reviews and disclose PHI, because their contract makes you sign away your rights to that which doesnt even seem legal. I also think they list fake awards as they have an extremely low rating across the internet but their website lists awards that just take you to basic links. This place is sketchy and I wish someone would do something.
