    We had a deeply disappointing experience with this dealership. Initially, we were assured that a price adjustment would be honored, but once we arrived to finalize the deal, that promise mysteriously vanished.Knowing we drove 2 hours to get that price and then changing it. We did go back 2 hours without that vehicle that has been on their website for 140 plus day.I would caution others to get every promise in writingand be prepared for it not to matter.

    This fraudulent company ran my credit without my permission. I applied for a pre approval credit check on Credit Karma and they actually ran my credit through the next business day. I called and spoke to them in person, but got nowhere because the financial manager was trying to show me my credit score on his screen and I already knew what my credit score was. I asked them to remove the inquiry and got nowhere.

    Just bought a Cadillac SRX from them, from a young man that was very nice. My wife loved the car until she tried to drive at night and the headlights are so dim she can't drive at night, we saw the headlights during the day and didn't seem to be an issue. So I thought not a big deal until I called them today! After ***** talked to her boss who said we could bring it in and they would see what it needs and they would fix it, but they expected me to pay for it! I realized it didn't have a warranty, however when you ask about when the last time it was serviced, and are told that the Cadillac was serviced head to toe and it passed all inspections that's obviously just taking their word it was done! So obviously their word is not true. I checked the Carfax report after leaving a deposit and it came out fine, the report obviously doesn't know what Carmel Auto gallery has done or not done! Come to find out that there's a class action lawsuit that any reputable dealership would know about and make sure you are aware of it so the first time you try to go anywhere at night you won't have cars honking and flashing their lights at you, not to mention not being able to see 5 feet in front of you! We bought this car because she had just totalled her car, not her fault, but her first wreck at age 73 getting hurt along with a concussion, so she was very wary about driving and this company won't at least look at it her car and maybe throw a couple headlight bulbs in it or something, nope, it's our problem. If you're handicapped as I am a double leg amputee, don't plan on parking there! No honestly or compassion to say the least, my advice is go elsewhere to someone who would do the right thing!

    I purchased a vehicle from Carmel Auto Gallery. While reviewing the car and purchase paperwork I mentioned that I looked at the carfax it had an open recall. The dealership told me that the recall had been taken care of. A week after owning the vehicle I took it for a used vehicle inspection by a certified dealership and learned that not only was there still an open recall but that there were MANY other issues that needed immediate attention, several they told me they took care of. The car's balance and alignment were off causing the inner tread to wear 2MM faster, spark plugs needed replaced, open recall for ignition coil replacement, the wiper blades had rubber coming off requiring replacement, radio software update needed, and the drain plug completely stripped, plus more! When I called to speak with the sales manager he was VERY rude and talked over me. He said "it isn't our responsibility to keep up on vehicle recalls." He proceeded to ask if I "knew that I was buying a used, not new car". They are extremely rude and unprofessional and have horrible customer service!

    Purchased a vehicle two months ago was supposed to have my title work done in approximately 2 weeks after purchase and only gave me a One month temporary tag it has been two months and I still cannot get a license plate for my vehicle due to their company not doing their job and properly filling out the title paperwork so therefore I cannot get license plates on my vehicle that is expired and they seem to not really care. They were not key on returning my phone call and had to have my local ******** DMV make the phone call to the dealer in order to get a call back. First and last time I will be dealing with car dealerships. Still awaiting title work to be done in order for my vehicle to be legal.
