I placed an order Invoice#******* on March 27, 2022 for 5 items for a total of $142.27. That full amount was debited out of my checking account on March 27 at 2:55 p.m. On March 28th I got an e-mail saying that the propeller shaft was on b/o ETA 4/6/22. When it didn't arrive, I sent an email checking and it was pushing back to 5/6/22. It didn't arrive on 5/6/22 so I called and sat on hold for a while and someone told me that it might be 5/18/22. So, I tried calling again 5/24/22 and now it says "this business is closed" and the website is not there. They took the full amount, not just for the 4 items that shipped out on March 31, 2022. This item# 40200-HR6-A60 is $42.83. I'm just stuck with my son waiting for a part for his bike.Initial Complaint

I ordered parts through there websiteon May 3rd 2022. I received a confirmation email and that was the only correspondence from them. The parts were expected to be no later than May 19th. I tried to reach out to them and the website can no longer be reached.Initial Complaint

4/24/22 I ordered part # ********* from Cheap Cycle Parts. I paid $149.26 by Visa. I received a confirmation email for the order. On 4/25/22 I received an email stating that the part was on backorder and would be available on 5/27/22. I sent a follow-up email on 5/22/22 to make sure that the part will be shipping on 5/27/22 and my email came back undeliverable. So I tried to go on their website and it was down. I found their phone number and tried to call and there is a message stating that they have permanently closed. I can not get in contact with anyone to get my money back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on May 12th 2022 for a Leo Vince exhaust for my motorcycle that appeared to be in stock. On May 13th i get an email notifying me that it was back ordered. I promptly replied to the email requesting to cancel the order. I still haven't gotten a reply. On May 20th I attempted to access their website to check orders status and attempt to get a number to cancel and the website had been taken offline. Today May 22nd i called them and there was an automated message stating that they have closed. I even called back and listened to it again to ensure I heard correctly. I have emailed again and i'm still awaiting a reply. So I have a $451 charge on my paypal credit, no exhaust and no way to contact them. It is going to take up to 90 days for paypal to do anything so hopefully this will be faster.Initial Complaint

On 3-21-22 I placed a order for a speedometer and I received a email saying it was on backorder and it has been 3 months and I called to check on my order and they are permanently closed so now they have my money and I don't have a part
