    I went to the location to purchase a car test drove it smell ok during the test drive. signed the paperwork started driving home the smell started shortly after we left. The dealership masked the smell of cigarette smoke to cover the sale. I turned around after my asthmatic child started coughing and having trouble breathing. Meanwhile my throat is getting itchy from the smell. I was never told during the purchase process that this car belonged to a smoker. The dealership tried to fraud a consumer by masking an odor to make the sale then tell me through text about air freshener at auto zone after going back to fix this massive issue hey made is wait 2 hours just helping new customers instead of fixing the issue that started from the dealerships attempt at fraud on a customer. I explained to a manager after returning in an attempt to fix this and the salesman didn’t even care that he tried to screw me. The dealership waisted 8 hours of my time and attempted fraud and I was trying to get them to fix this situation and the manager was ridiculous acting like they had no clue and playing dumb instead of do the right thing he would rather lie act like they had no idea and push me out screw me over then I had to spend more money than I ever wanted to cause I had already given the down payment and it would have taken to long to get the funds back in my account to go somewhere else. The manager should have lowered the price of the car for the dealers shady tactics The whole day I was here neither me or my children had an opportunity to get any food cause of the total time wasted over 8 hours I do want the owner to contact me on this Situations like this reflect directly on the ownership and his way of treating people. A greedy individual only concerned about money the dealership had this car long that they dropped the price of the vehicle. So there is no way they can claim they didn’t know about the smell

    We leased a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV ID#J***************** On 01-31-2023. Salesman ***** ********* (who no longer works there) ******* ***** F & I Manager completed paperwork. We were called back in to redo the paperwork as it was completed incorrectly. We drove back to the dealership the end of February filling out the paperwork again with new F&I Manager *** ********* . We were told prior Manager no longer worked there and we were given a new temporary plate until we were to receive our plates. Once the new temporary plates were about to expire, with no plates or registration delivered to us as promised. So we made another trip to the dealership and they gave us another Temporary plate that expires on 6/4/2023. I called 5/9/23, 5/13/23, 5/16/23 on the last date I was assured the registration and plates were in the mail. I called the dealership today at 812-725-7193 and was transferred to a new Manager ******* ? who told me that a ******* was in charge of titles/plates, and we would hear back from him. All of the calls made have the same response, they will get back to us? With no responses only when we drive 50 miles to the dealership do we get a response and each time they provide a new temporary plate and let us know we will receive our paperwork and plates in 7 to 10 days. Most all of the phone calls have been made from our office line ************ which are recorded, if this is needed for reference it can be retrieved. Any assistance would be appreciated we just need our license plates and paperwork. We have been making our lease payments in a timely manner. Which seems interesting that has been taken care of but not the registration or tags?

    Complaint b********* **** ******** Received second notice on 7/3/23 dated 6/23/23. Went on to reply because I never received the first notice and case was closed unanswered 3 days after second notice. Customer had several delays in the funding of his leased vehicle. It finally funded on 4/24 and was sent to Dealertrack who processed on 6/6/23. Customer was notified on 6/8/23 to go and finish his part of the process with the Indiana BMV. Sorry for any frustration, but this deal had to be completely done before we could title. Thanks

    I got the car back in October they said everything was fine with the car we told him we need something to get back in Fourth with because we travel ok they give us a 2010 ***** 6 sports car was making a funny sound but we didn’t pay it no mind then I called said hey something not right so me my ****** was like my be it can be the break and it was we told ***** the break was missed up he said o we reimburse u I’m like ok then I’m like whatever I don’t car about get the money for getting it fix so hear it is 2022 My car got a flat I’m like ok coo it’s just something I could have ran over so not even 3 days my other tire go flat I’m like hold on something not right so my uncle said bring it to my shop I’m take a look see why u having so mini flats sho’Nuff the drive axle on the car was rested out and other things as well so he said it’s been sitting in water over some years they never look under this car seen this I’m like no he said my uncle I fix it I said no I’m call them see what’s going on since it’s been like that for years so I called told him what’s wrong he said send me pictures I did and he said I’m see what we can do I call u back I’m like ok our or two go by I’m still waiting on call back from Credit acceptance still waiting o I’m waiting to ear back from Credit acceptance I believe I’m like ok he said it can take up to 2or3 days I’m like o no I need something like now I can do anything until I hear back from them tomorrow ok the next day come I’m like can I speak with ***** o he’s not here he off today I’m like can I speak to someone about getting me a new car the Manager calls me o *** ******** I see u having problems with ur car yes I am can u help me I feel like ***** is dodging my calls o his not his not in today remind you I wanted to switch out that car along time ago to get a bigger suv but it never happened so long story short the car breaks down and I’m stuck without a car and so the manager says we’ll idk what’s going on I’m like I want my money
