Paid a $500 deposit on a vehicle. Deposit was fully refundable. Have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership about a refund as we no longer needed the car. The dealership told me I must talk to the salesman. The salesman will not return my messages.Business response

I bought a car about 6 months ago. I was sold a "pro package" without even knowing it was being sold to me. I do not have any want nor need for it. I am a college student and cannot afford to be taken advantage of. I would like compensation or partial compensation for it. I have done research on it and have found it adds minor things such as "car mats, arm cushions" and things of that nature. The salesman knew I didn't make much money and was only buying a car out of necessity. I do not appreciate it.Business response

On Saturday 17th 2022,I had an appointment to see test drive a ***** ***** a vehicle I called about ready to be purchased. Well I drove from ********** ********, and get to the business and spoke to my salesmen at 1st he was told the Dart was gone come to find out it was picked up by Dodge to replace filter, oil change, wipers I said that's fine. Well I waited outside to see my salesmen again he said to me that the Dart was found with something wrong with the motor 2015 Dodge Dart that was ready for me to test drive. Well I was trading my car as well never did anyone look at my car the I was told he and he's boss they would like me to test drive another vehicle I was not interested in I did and to realize I was Driving a junk of a vehicle. I asked a question or 2 about this vehicle no really response. This car I know was not serviced at all to purchase I was told so excuses was told to me about the Dart. It's poor service and lies,so I did waste my effort,time ,gas and never purchase nothing this business has salesmen thst don't try at all I will never refer anyone ever and I will not go there at all. I'm reaching ahold of automobile asst as well. I knew this process was so set on lies and ended up with nothing so I made a review & as I did I looked and read some reviews and I swear some were like mine very poor service. One stat I left and I'm reaching out about this cause it's not right how they treat people. Remember I made appointment the day before about this Dart, also they never and could have called me to let me know but it never happened. Like I had mentioned no one looked at my trade,or overed anything but a peace of junk ,dirty cars,no prices. I have never experienced anything like this. It was mentioned to me that my car I wanted was never serviced like it was supposed to be. Lies after another. Well I'm hoping to find a solution we're this does not happen again and I will. We bought a car a month and a half ago and it took that long to get just some* of what we were promised done. Our salesman (***** ****** tried to bully us into buying a car out of our price range, and kept directing questions at my ******* instead of me the entire time. He offered to pay for our gas for a year but “not to tell anyone because he could get in trouble.” I’m so glad I didn’t trust that. He was extremely manipulative. I ended up giving him a good review when pressured because in the end we came to an agreement and I was hopeful he was a stand up guy. We finally worked out a deal on the car over 3 hours later, with the contingency that it would get maintenance and detailing right away since we were pushed to take it home. The next week I went into labor with my ***, and while in active labor and again when my *** was in the NICU he blew up my phone because he forgot to have me sign something. He even offered to forge my signature. I got him the documents he needed and then he absolutely ghosted us. We called for five weeks trying to get this car in while in the meantime the tire pressure was low and so was the oil life. It was rattling, the horn didn’t work and it was never detailed. The one time he called us he said “I don’t know man if it’s not in the warranty I can’t do anything about it” speaking to issues the car would’ve usually had fixed before selling. The lady answering for maintenance said she had to “check with ***** to make sure I was telling the truth” about the services agreed upon. Six weeks later we finally got it in and they had our car three days and still didn’t detail it or finish the maintenance. Not to mention, even if we were lied to about the fixes, we paid for an additional warranty. Each time we called to check on the car we were told it didn’t exist in the system until my ******* went down there because nobody returns your calls. We picked up the car with the oil not being changed still, no detailing, the horn still not working.Initial Complaint

I went to this location in early May 2021 to place on order for a 2021 RAV4 Prime. As they did not have any in stock, my sales person introduced me to the new sales manager who helped me to place my order. ** ********* was with me and is a witness to the entire interaction. Prior to placing the order, I asked very specifically to both the sales person and the new car sales manager if I would be paying MSRP because I was placing a deposit that day. They both stated yes multiple times. We created a printout with a price for a RAV4 Prime as similar to mine as possible and stated any changes (it was not the exact vehicle I wanted, just the closest one in current nationwide inventory) prior to my official purchase when receiving the vehicle. Once we had a price agreement (MSRP) for the closest vehicle we could find, I signed the contract along with the new sales manager and placed a $500 deposit. I was told it would takes 4-5ish months to receive the vehicle. Five months later, when the vehicle is finally on its way, the new sales manager (**** *****) informed me that the vehicle was on the way but due to demand he would no longer sell it to me at MSRP. I feel that I had a valid contract (which I still have and Toyota still has my $500 deposit) which stated that I would pay MSRP for the vehicle I wanted and when my vehicle was finally on its way, they took back their word and attempted to extort additional money out of me. As I have a valid contract, was re-assured by the new sales manager that I would pay MSRP, I have a witness, a signed contract, and the fact that Toyota still has my deposit, I feel that they should honor their word and provide me the vehicle I ordered at MSRP. I think that they tried to take advantage of me as a somewhat younger female and attempted to trick me into paying more money, even though we had and still have a valid signed contract. I wish for Jeff Wyler Toyota to honor their contract with me and provide me with a new RAV4 prime at MSRP.Initial Complaint

I had an alignment and other services done 2 months ago. As soon as I left, noticed the steering wheel is out of alignment to the point it could cause future problems and begin trying to contact the service department to correct this, they will not answer the phone, email, and all of the sudden the web site I've used for 7 years won't work.Business response
