    I ordered a cake two weeks in advance. It was a specialty cake , because I didn’t get my cake last year that I ordered in advance. I went in three times making sure I was going to get my cake before the day to pick up .when I went in to pick up the birthday cake I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting to be waited on . several people walked in the door and turned around and walked back out because no one was waiting on them. Two guys was in the cooking area just ignoring everyone .A girl came in from outside. Walked past me behind the counter and never said a word ,I said excuse me I’m here to pick up a cake I ordered , she said your cake is not here. I said what ?you all did this to me last year. I need the cake. I’m going to my daughter’s birthday party. , she said your cake is not here. I said what ?you all did this to me last year. I need the cake. She was not sorry. I got very angry and started cursing she called the cops on me. I got a cake out of the freezer and said I think you should just give me this. She said no I can give it to you for half price. I said whatever ,so as I’m paying half price for a already made up cake. The cop ask her if she wanted him to arrest me for trespassing. She said no just let her go ,as I was walking out the door. She asked the cop if he had something for her nerves !what happened to customer service?
