On Oct 4,2022 ********* Gas came out to fill up my tank from 20%-86%. On Dec 20,2022 ********* Gas returns to fill my tank up from 10%-85%. I made a call to ********* Gas on Dec22,2022 @ 11:40a spoke with the secretary for 3min 46sec letting her know thee is a leak in my tank for I'm only home 3 nights a week and when not home my temp is kept low also it has not been that cold out for me to use that much gas. I also let her know that in all these years I have never been filled up this soon. The lady said she would have *************** me. Dec 28,2022 @ 9:11a the call lasted for 1min 3sec for U was told that the message was given to *** and that she would let *** know I called again and that I wanted to speak with him about this issue. The secretary said I would hear from *** today. Dec29,2022 @ 10:18a the call lasting 1min 8sec to inform her *** did not call me and nobody came out to check my tank for a leak the secretary would get someone out here. I told her I know there is a leak for I have a video of it and I would send it to her if she liked. She said she would tell ***. Jan20,2023 @ 11:40a after going this amount of time not hearing from anyone I called and the call lasted 2min 24sec for I have received a bill for over $1k dollars including late fees which. To my surprise I spoke with *** which I told him about the leak and I had *** look at my account to see that in all these years I have never been filled up two months like that. *** said he would come over on Monday to check my tank out then call me back so we can talk about what the next step was to rectify and adjust the amount. Feb 7,2023 @ 8:05a call lased 11 sec for nobody answered. @ 9:06a called back call lasted 1min 38sec I let the secretary know that nobody has showed up to check my tank for leaks or even called me back. Feb22,2023 as of today I still have not heard or seen anyone come look at my tank or even talk to me about reducing my bill and fix my tank. I have told them for several years I smell rotten eggs, but still nobody has come to check my tank or even call me. I also went out to check my tank to find I have only 25% left. I don't feel I should have to pay the second bill.
