      This company has failed to provide reliable and timely services for which I have paid for but have not received on a consistent basis. I have requested via email and phone for an executive of the company to contact me to resolve and compensate me for services paid for but not received. The company has ignored my request to contact me to resolve.

      This company is not transparent. Charging me for things they shouldnt. It just depends on who youre talking to within the company. One person will tell you there is no charge for this or that and then another person will tell you there is a $75 charge. And then if you were ever disconnected they will ask you to pay a fee but you have to commit to saying yes to get service back on, but they will not tell you the dollar amount. But after you say yes then they will tell you how much they will charge you. And its more than a normal bill. Just for an automated computer to switch service back on. We are in a recession And this company is charging people $75 for being a day late.

      You are straight lying. I have a screen shot where it said $0.00 to reconnect. I clicked yes and then you charged me $75. Youre a lying company. If I could upload the screen **** I would. So I guess its also a procedure for your customer service people to be rude and tell me I cannot talk to a manager. I asked for a manager multiple times and got denied. These corporations need held accountable. If your app is not correct you need to fix it! Since you guys are not owning up to your responsibilities to make your app work correctly I demand my $75 back.
