I was very pleased with my order for replacement control knobs for my range. I had reached out to them after I had received my order. FROM THE EASE OF THEIR WEBSITE TO THE POINT OF DELIVERY I WAS TRULY PLEASED.I HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR AN OVEN IGNITOR ORDER ID 30284021.PLACED ON 3 SEP 2024 AND RECEIVED ON THE AM OF 5TH SEP.UNBELIEVEABLE FROM CORYDON IN TO NEW YORK! I HAD MADE A TYPO ON MY ZIP CODE AND IT WAS IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED BY MR.JIM ALLEN.SOMETHING I DIDN'T EXPECT FROM TODAY"S CUSTOMER SERVICE.THE PART WAS AN EXACT FIT AND THE PRICE WAS BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE. E MAILS THAT I RECEIVED FROM THEM GAVE ME A FEELING OF PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IN TODAY"S DAY AND AGE ARE FAR AND FEW INBETWEEN.THE FOLLOW UP FROM KAYLA TRULY MAKES A CUSTOMER FEEL THAT PEOPLE CARE.
