    ************* COMPANY TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their houses are infested with bugs and they dont remodel the houses they also dont clean they just throw drywall on top of dirty old walls!!!!!!!!!

    At DAD Properties LLC, we take all feedback seriously and are committed to maintaining high standards in our properties and services. To clarify:
    Property Conditions: All homes are inspected, cleaned, and, when necessary, remodeled prior to being listed. Repairs and updates are carried out professionally, ensuring the safety and comfort of our tenants.
    Pest Control: Any pest-related concerns reported by tenants in multi-family properties are addressed promptly by engaging licensed pest control professionals. Preventative measures are also implemented to minimize such issues in our multi-unit properties. As outlined in the lease, tenants residing in single-family homes are responsible for pest control services at their property. This includes taking proactive measures to prevent pest issues and addressing any infestations that may arise during their tenancy. Commitment to Quality: Our team works diligently to ensure our properties meet or exceed local housing standards. We value transparency and require prospective tenants to view properties prior to signing any lease agreements.
