    On 11/18-19 this company moved my family from an apartment to a house and ******************** from a house to a storefront. Some items were left behind including storage drawers, sawhorses, a baby gate, parts of an easel, etc. Some items were packed improperly, such as ******* in the same box as a crockpot, or a stand of ********** wooden puzzle maps inadequately wrapped so many small pieces were scattered around the back porch and sidewalk and at least one stepped on and broken, and at least one ********** shelf had items dropped and left behind in a pile of trash. I cant unpack the school yet because the previous tenant has not yet moved out, but Im dreading what else Ill find wrong there. The owner has not responded to my efforts to reach out for resolution.

    On May 17th I hired this company through Uhaul's website for moving help. They were supposed to arrive at 11am the day of the 17th but were late by almost 2 hours. They never called me to inform me they weren't going to make it on time and when to expect them, I had to call several times to find out if they were coming at all. My main complaint is the fact that during transit my super unprofessional movers damaged two expensive pieces of furniture. Upon calling the company to resolve the issue, the owner answered the phone and once I stated my problem that there were damages to my furniture he then proceeded to pretend that he couldn't hear me anymore before hanging up and blocking my calls. I texted the number stating the issue and that I'd like to be reimbursed for the damages. He ghosted after I sent the proof and refuses totake calls or texts.
