Purchased 3/21 paid 28000.00. We were told the sliding glass door would close properly when the camper was leveled and that was not the case there is a bow in the top of the door frame. The screen door was damaged also. Two water leaks on in bathroom which caused damage to the vanity, and one in the kitchen. The awning was not secured as the motor side came apart and hit my husbandand ripped the awning. Contacted about all this in April of 2021. I have called and emailed Matt and have been told everything was approved. I have not yet seen any parts or return phone calls. These are warranty issues that I shouldn't have to fight to be fixed but after 5 months of this going round and round with Matt it is getting ridiculous! I have all emails sent and received if needed also included is calls as you can see I was always the one calling.Business response
