We purchased a 2021 Forest River Berkshire XL40D. Since the day we pulled it off the lot there has been roof leak after roof leak. To this day 3/17/2025 we are still dealing with roof leaks. The dealer tried to repair the leaks but after 4 returns it still has roof leaks. We contacted Forest River quality control and they gave us a hard time about roof leaks in December 2023 until I mentioned MOLD and Health issues. They said they would look at it if we drove it up there from *******. We hired a driver that they recommended and delivered it on 2/15/2024 at a cost of $7,000.00. Come to find out the roof was missing 2 ribs under each of the 3 AC units ! This was causing puddling at each AC unit and water coming in every AC supply, return, speaker and ceiling LED lights. Its been 1 year to the day and the leaks are back. ***** an independent contractor to refinish the roof with a lifetime warranty and its transferable as well. Forest River told us they are not responsible for anything else on our unit. And that is from their Quality Control person. Never again ! *** BUY FR PRODUCTS ! RUN THE OTHER WAY.

We moved from ***** to ********** and decided to start our New Mexico time in an RV. We settled on the Sanibel 3952FBWB because we were told the quality was above reproach, and it was designed with families and full-time RVers in mind. We have had NOTHING but issues with this rig since we had it delivered. Our shower floor cracked within the first 2 months, we have random screws just left under the beds, there are outlets that simply stopped working, the *** ports never worked, and we have outlet covers that have started coming out of the wall. We have reached out to every contact we could find and still have not heard back from the company asking for help as the rig is only 7 months old. The sheer amount of problems make me feel we have a lemon. If I could do it over again, I would never even look at a PrimeTime RV ever again.

I have had a 2014 Chaparral since 8/8/24 and have never been able to use it as it has been waiting for warranty parts or waiting to be serviced. I picked it up today 10/3/24 and they had fixed 1. Key that wouldnt work 2. battery that wouldnt charge from 7 wire cable (no red wire had been installed)3. Slideout tipped out 4 inches at the top when making right turns on freeway. Today when I hooked it up to city water following directions it didnt fill the fresh water tank but rather the black 1 tank instead. Again unable to use trailer which is supposed to be our primary residence. I hope I dont have to wait another 3 months to get the problem resolved. I would rate quality and service 0 if it were possible.I thought Coachman made a quality product but I have found that they do not and will not back their product when it has problems.

They defrauded me by taking my credit card charged for items I ordered then 2 days later charged an exurbanite amount for shipping.

Stay far away from this manufacturer. We purchased a brand new 2022 Forest River 40CDL. Between the water leaks from the ceiling in the first year as there was cracks in the ceiling that came from factory and not caught with the *** to the fridge not ceiling properly and ruining thousands of dollars of food. Worst or the worst is all the floor slides floors are all rotting out. What a waste of $119,000. This company needs to stop ******* and actually take the time to manufacture these correctly. Im deeply saddened with the quality of the product.

Purchased a brand new camper, and after only three months of owning it the water pump cracked and flood a portion of my trailer. An easy fix, however, Forest River does not make anything easy. There warranty process is no where to be found, and customer service is absolutely atrocious. I have never experienced worst service from a company than I have with Forest River. If I would have known this is how they did business I would have not purchased thee camper I did, brand new at that. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Forest River and Camping World pass the buck back and forth and rip people off. They ripped me off on a bogus $3000.00 prep fee. They did not prep anything, nor will they make good on their warranty. It's a nightmare. I have had a health hazard black water tank even since I brought it. All they do is create policy that prevents it from being fixed???They should not be allowed to be in business.

We purchases a 360IBL chaparral in 2015 and after 3 years one of the slides had taken on water and had to be fixed. After 8 years, the other 2 slides took on water the same way and need to be replaced. The dealership said coachman knew about the sealant issues but chose to ignore it due it being too expensive to recall the units.I asked coachman to help with the repairs and they sent me a letter saying I neglected maintenance on the trailer. They didn't even have a look at the trailer before they started blaming lack of maintenance.
