    A concrete contractor poured my concrete last July. There were several quality issues. I wanted to withhold money until they were resolved, but the owner said they would file a lien if I didn’t pay. So they agreed to come back in the fall after I close the pool to resolve the issues so I paid them in full. Now they have come back and addressed a few issues, but not all of them. 2 weeks ago the owner came out and said they had three things left to do: reseal the concrete, lighten the concrete in a repair area, and retouch up the coping on the pool. After repeated phone calls and text messages they are no longer responding. They claim they have resolved everything but I have video where they were only here for 17 minutes and not all the issues were addressed. I just want the job finished per the commitment of the owner 2 weeks ago. In addition, the owner said that he was personally going to finish the remaining three items because he wanted to make sure they were done correctly. Once last comment - the address listed in the complaint is my address. Independence Contractors does not list an address.
