            Contracted med pro to handle billing for our private practice. In the last year they have failed to bill secondary on hundreds of occasions that has been reported by our new agency. They failed to bill within 72 hours on more than a dozen of occasions. We have reports from our software provider and new billing agency showing the breaches of contract. When ending the service agreement due to these breaches they are charging us over 10,000 dollars. We have proof of times they haven't logged on to submit billing for almost 3 weeks one month, and over the 3 day period many times, delaying our billing. They failed to send client statements on a monthly basis per agreement, and have lost us clients. Clients will testify to not receiving statements, and being told incorrect balances on multiple occasions by Medpro. If adjustment is not made we are prepared to go to court. Other agencies who have had issues with this company, we have been in contact with and they were not charged these outrageous fees, they have provided information as well in these regards and the continued issues they experienced with med pro.
