    I purchased a Sebo vacuum cleaner and I am having problems with it. I have a warranty on the machine. I tried calling the business and get a recording to leave a message but the mailbox is full. When I went to the store the open sign was flashing but they were closed. There was also a sign on the door about building owned by this person and to only open doors if ID shown. I’ve tried several times calling and same response. I also called the other store on Main Street and got the same recording. I just want my vacuum cleaner fixed or replaced. I could go to another repair store but I would probably be charged. That’s why I purchased this model they stand behind their product and it has a 10 year warranty. I paid $800 for the vacuum cleaner and I’m beginning to feel like I got ripped off

    on Nov 21, 2022 left Pfaff sewing machine for repairs. est due for completion Dec. 6, 2022. have heard nothing from them. They do not answer phone, or email message. If there are issues with the business being unable to service it I have heard nothing from them. unable to correspond with this business. Made 2 trips to facility and the doors are locked.
