    If I could give zero stars I would. This establishment is absolutely terrible. The female manager whose initials are H.S. is extremely rude to everyone. She immediately started yelling at my teenager about a crop top she wearing just long enough for us to try on some skates to purchase. After I made a polite comment on how I didn’t appreciate how she yelled at my daughter, she started yelling and cussing at me. I contacted the owner on fb messenger about the incident that took place. The owner read my message and immediately blocked me. Didn’t provide any type of response or an apology, nothing, just an immediate block. Moments later the male manager whose initials are A.S. called my minor daughter’s phone to speak with me even though he had my number on their file. He proceeded to cuss me out because I contacted the owner. I highly recommend this place to be boycotted as I’m not the only person who has had this type of experience. This business is clearly poorly ran not other through the managers but through the owner herself. I absolutely refuse to ever go back to skate world and absolutely refuse to ever spend another penny there. I suggest others do the same to avoid the type of mistreatment that we endured. Just read google reviews. It’s bad and it’s been going on for many years.
