This company is selling used parts as new parts deceiving ppl . Upon having a screen LCD replaced and paying 200 and walking out the screen messed up again the same day . Went back the following day he said it was fixed for it to do the same thing 3 weeks later . I chose to go to another store and have it replaced again to find out it was a refurbished LCD and not a new one . After confronting him with the used bad part he refused to refund my money . I've had it with the fraudulent n deceptive way of buisness . I had a professional replace the screen at I fix iPhones indiana for another 200 and he will gladly verify my story on it being a used messed up screen . His name is ****** very professional so glad I chose another place to fix what IPhone smart repair frauded me on .. honestly he should pay my 200$ back plus what I had to pay for the new company to fix . The receipt provided is from the company the fixed what iPhone smart repair frauded me on . At this point if this issue can't be resolved professionally I will take it upon myself to resolve this issue by any means nessecary if this company is not held accountable for their deceptive buisness practices this company owes me 200 for the repair they performed plus the 200 I paid to have someone else fix =400$ . Figured I'd try the professional way I want them held accountable for their fraudulent ways

To begin, our warranty policy is for 90 days, and the warranty on your phone repair expired December 10th, 2023.  You came into the store to repair the iPhone 13 the first time on September 9, 2023. When you returned due to screen issues, we immediately covered the screen under warranty at no cost to you & put you first in line and repaired your device as fast as possible, as it was still in the warranty period. You then went on to use the phone for about 4 months as you said, with no issues. I’m not sure why you believe you received bad parts as the parts operated just as they should’ve for an extended period of time. The screen is just as breakable as the original one that you broke requiring replacement. I’m not understanding as to why you believe the problem is on us, & not considering the possibility of you breaking it again. When given the opportunity, we show we back our repair and we are true to our warranty, as you stated yourself. When it was our responsibility we jumped on it and got you taken care of to the best abilities. But we should not be required to take blame on a device that was repaired 10 months ago, and worked perfectly for quite some time.

Please know that we never use used parts, and I’m unsure where you obtained such information. Additionally, we have never requested that you pay a $180 service fee, so I am puzzled about the source of this information.

During your visit to our store, rather than allowing the manager on duty to assist you, or the other manager conversing with you over the phone, you resorted to cussing, threatening, insulting our staff, and even threatened to damage all our employees' car tires, all while demanding a refund. This is a threat with a deadly weapon. In the original complaint to the BBB, you stated the phone lasted 3 weeks, when in your complaint through Google reviews, you stated 4 months. We are confused on how long the repair actually lasted, and appears you are confused as well.
