    I don't know why there are such low ratings. My product came on time and it definitely works well. Shipping was fast, it got here in 3 or 4 days, and I'd say the prices are pretty good too. will order more in the future. The only thing I think they should add is whether the products are indica or sativa, which is on some products but not all.

    Placed an order. That day the order was delivered. Checked tracking number and it said the order was delivered to a neighbor as requested in another state. I immediately emailed support since I obviously did not request this. Support replied stating that it was indeed strange and I could file a claim in a week. No offer for refund or replacement even though it clearly was an error on their end. I really would have liked to try the product but dont feel safe placing another order.

This has led to conflicting information appearing on the **** tracking website. However, a **** representative has confirmed that your package is currently in ************** and is out for delivery to you today. The information suggesting that the package was requested to be delivered to a neighbor in ************* is not accurate.

    We deeply regret any inconvenience or concern this may have caused and are working closely with our carrier to better understand how a duplicate or "refurbished" tracking number was assigned to your shipment.

    DO NOT order Overnight shipping on Wednesday - Thursday. They take up to 48 hours to process an "Overnight" shipping order. I paid $45 extra for overnight shipping, placed my order Thursday at 5am , I didn't get my order until 5 days later. The "cold pack" they shipped was hot. I called twice, first time they said I placed the order too late, too late being after 4pm thursday, when I didn't, I placed it at 5 in the morning. The first package they shipped was cancelled (voided), the second package took 4 days to ship, and they had to ship one of my products the next day in a different package. 5 Days later for my order to ship, no refunds, not even partial account credit for another future overnight shipping order.After all that mess, $45 down the drain - I could've ordered regular free shipping, would've took the same amount of time to ship and I could've bought another 3chi product for the value. This is my 3rd time ordering from 3chi, the first two orders came through alright. The products are good, some aren't. But overall, product experience is nice - but customer service and this shipping ordeal definitely knocked a few stars off.Deceptive and scam-like shipping tactics.

    I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. This is the second time Ive received carts that are near expiration. The batch I received is from August 15, 2022, yet it is still being sold, even though there are three newer batches with updated ***s available on the website. The cart I received expires on January 18, 2025, but it is already oxidized, which is *************** concerned as to how a product from such an old batch is still being shipped out. This is the same batch I received in my first order earlier this year in April, which also had this issue. It seems highly irregular that this batch is still being distributed, and it reflects poorly on your company.Additionally, this order was split into two boxes, which feels intentional, especially given that my first order with this same product and batch date had the same problem. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like the issue is being ignored.If I do not receive a refund for this order, I will consider escalating the issue to my bank and possibly contacting the Attorney General in your state. I dont believe this situation reflects well on your business.Please consider allowing customers to check the batch they are ordering before it ships so we can confirm that the *** is current.I hope 3Chi can improve in this area to avoid any further issues.

    This case was resolved directly with the customer. It is unfortunate that misinformation and assumptions made and published by the customer stand. The customer was in communication with the support team where they explained the safety and purity of the products sold. We had to wait for the customer to return the product back to our warehouse, then a refund was issued for the product in question.

Misinformation and Assumptions: I am unsure what "misinformation and assumptions" you are referring to. My original complaint outlined factual issues based on my order experience, including receiving products from an older batch (dated August 15, 2022) when newer batches were available, as well as the product being visibly oxidized. If there is specific information you believe is inaccurate, please clarify so we can address it directly. Without clarification, this claim appears baseless. Batch Age Concerns: My concern about the older batch remains valid. This batch was the same one I received in a previous order earlier this year, raising questions about how long such products are being kept in circulation despite the availability of newer batches. Oxidation: The oxidation in the product I received was apparent and unacceptable. While your team assured me of the product's safety and purity, oxidation impacts the product's perceived quality and reflects poorly on quality control processes. Split Shipment: My concerns regarding the split shipment were based on repeated experiences with this issue. If there is a legitimate reason for these shipping practices, please clarify to avoid further misunderstandings.While I appreciate the refund after returning the product, I want to emphasize that I still enjoy 3Chi products and have no intention of boycotting your brand. However, sending out a product from such an old batch is frustrating and diminishes my trust in quality control.I hope 3Chi will take steps to ensure customers consistently receive products from current batches in optimal condition.     Ive been ordering from 3chi for a few years now. Never had a problem with products or delivery. I am an edibles user and have been very happy with the quality and huge selection they offer. I also like that they explain on their website what each strain is.

    Very respectable company, good quality products. One time, one of my orders got lost in the mail and 3Chi team was very helpful and replaced the lost item with no fuss. I have been a customer for the last 2 years and have never had any problems.

    I have placed several orders at Reefers Bay, which is owned by 3Chi (it IS THE SAME COMPANY, YOU CANNOT LEAVE A REVIEW UNDER REEFERS VAY NAME YOU HAVE YO USE 3CHI NAME). reefers Bay is absolutely horrible. (The company I would have used is currently going through some structural changes and is currently not taking orders so I had no choice but to use reefers Bay for my order, as it is 1/5th the price as the products on the actual 3chi website... Which is extremely strange and seems illegal, I am contacting the ftc in regards to this). Every time I order from reefers Bay it takes a minimum of 5 days for them to ship the product.This current order has still not been shipped. They created the label, **** says they NEVER RECEIVED the package (I CALLED THEM). reefers Bay does NOT answer emails from customers. If I could give zero stars I would. This is ridiculous and it's offensive that a company can treat customers like this. They also have been deleting the negative reviews on their websites.

    Thank you for your review. Im sorry to hear you had such a negative experience and the inconvenience this has caused, if you refer to our FAQ page under shipping it shows delivery days are Monday through Friday. Weekend deliveries and pickups are not available. Due to the influx of orders leaving our facility and holiday shipping delays with carriers, you may see longer than normal delivery times. Order fulfillment times are currently 2-3 business days, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. Our distribution center was closed on November 23rd and November 24th for the Thanksgiving holiday to allow our employees time with their families. Your order was placed on November 23rd, then fulfilled and shipped the following business day, November 27th. 

    There are times when the driver inadvertently misses scanning the label of a package, especially when a large number of packages are being picked up. When this happens, it looks like the package is still in our facility. We did confirm your purchase was picked up and shipped on November 27th and received on December 1st. Our goal is always to provide excellent customer service, so were disappointed we didnt meet your expectations. We do value your feedback and will take it as an opportunity to improve.

    They sent me a vape that didn't work it shot juice in my mouth gave me a headache then stopped puffing after 3 puffs and stopped working and they said I should've talked to my physician! What in the world does that have to do with it not working? They have ignored my attempts for replacement or refund and now there ignoring me completely all they did was send me a lab test paper from there product. And I buy delta 8 all the time and never had a issue so they need to value customers more
