    I have no idea who this company is and I'm current on all of my debt. They call from various numbers and every time I block one, they call from a different number. They never leave a voice-mail and I had to ****** the name on my caller ID to see what they were about.

    I have absolutely no outstanding debt and have received countless hang up calls from this company. Absolutely absurd how they harrass people.

    I don't know this company nor do I have any outstanding bills due, that should be up for collections. I am doing a credit report check today and notice this company has checked my credit. I did not authorize this. Companies like this have no business checking my credit, unless they have business with me. Here is what it says on my report. HEARTLAND RESOLUTION GRO Inquired on 08/10/2022 ********************************************************* Companies should not be allowed to do this.

    I just called this company. When talking to the lady I asked questions and she would not say yes or no, she made a noise. ( I also told her I was recording the conversation, since there recording said that to me) I wanted to talk about the letter about a debt that they are trying to collect from 10 years ago. I settled this claim back then. The lady would not talk about it. You know it was a scam. This company needs to be reported.

    AS A COLLECTION AGENCY, YOU GUYS ARE SO FAR OFF THE ****** I DONT THINK YOU SHOULD BE IN BUSINESS AT ALL. So, 6 years and 6 months to the day, I get a **** from them. Seriously??? 6 & 1/2 years and they are just now contacting me? Not like I havent lived in the same house for the last 22 years. Then they cant tell you exactly what the **** was from, just the date of service. Seriously messed up.

    They did absolutely nothing as agreed, not even answer my questions. They only took the money from my bank account and despite not doing anything, when I canceled the program with them they only refunded me half. I have called to explain why, but nobody gives me an answer. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel cheated
