    kindred Home Improvement was paid over $24,000 to order and install 3 exterior doors in 8-23.The doors arrived in 3-24 and Kindred scheduled 4-29-24 to install them.I received a text on 4-29-24 at 6 pm stating they were in another state and wouldnt be installing them .*************************, owner of Kindred, refused to answer my phone calls .I contacted an attorney who recommended I contact the police.The police contacted the Marion County Prosecutors office and I sent my info to the detective.The detective contacted me recently and said that the case is civil with criminal elements.He recommended that I contact the BBB.I contacted an ******** door representative and he brought a contractor to my house to measure and install the doors.The doors are all the incorrect sizes and wont fitI can fax check receipts, texts,etc.

    As shown on spreadsheet 1 and 2 that the amount the customer said was for the doors, was additional work around the house.  Her payments reflected materials which included the doors.  She had a remaining balance that was never collected for the installation of the doors, as we didn't install the doors.  The client failed to mention that a third party was responsible for the delay in delivery of the doors.  I would request documentation information supporting her claim that the doors ordered were the wrong size and what happened to the doors? Did they need to be returned?  She had paid for the doors and the doors were delivered thus fulfilling our contract for her materials monies.  Additionally, the customer states that the officer stated that the case was "civil with criminal elements", please send written documentation to support that claim, as I have an email from the officer stating that he told the customer that "Will not be pursuing anything criminal from our office.  I advised Mrs ***** if she was unhappy with monetary payment and work done she would have to address it in civil court.

    I have attached ever documentation that I had sent to the officer for your reference.
