********** of Four Seasons is the worst property manager we have ever had to work with. We have learned our ****** in purchasing a home to always investigate the *** management and team. We would have NEVER purchased a home here knowing what we know now about ***. He is unprofessional, never responds unless it is something that benefits him in any way, makes things more difficult by having to wait **************** maybe a year for a clear line of communication with him on even the simplest of things, like how to use our online payment option service. He is very condescending, and rude, & very disorganized; he has never provided an up-to-date and or accurate bill when requested. Which we have had to ask for because our payments have been mishandled and lost by Four Seasons as we mailed them in, so we now use the online service. He treats the homeowner, from go, as if they are an inconvenience. A lot of fellow neighbors have shared over the past couple of years they are moving out of our community due to his mismanagement of the ***. We cannot wait to move and never have to attempt in dealing with this man again. We are pretty sure he never even comes to our property and IF he does, it's yearly. He has no idea what goes on here. Several of our neighbors report they have never even heard from *** since living here for 10+ years and never even received an *** quarterly bill. After putting notes together, we are pretty sure he can be held liable for his mismanagment practices.

She is upset because she is in violation of the covenants of the community. Non specific complaints is not something I can respond do, would be glad to take a lie detector test and answer any questions of my character and my business practices. This does not resolve the fact that this homeowner is in violation of the community covenants. I would be glad to get on a Zoom call or conference call with the BBB and the homeowner to discuss facts. Thanks, ***
