    On September 22nd I reached out to the company’s customer service to inform them that I had canceled my subscriptions but was still being charged. I physically went to the location in Live Oak Fl to cancel and was told it was canceled. August 22nd I was charged $21.40 and September 22nd I was charged $42.80, both after I canceled. When I emailed them they asked me to show proof that I was charged and I sent that. On September 30th, they told me that they were taking care of it and they were sending my refund. I still have not received my refund of $64.20. The people at the Live Oak location is very rude and do not try to help resolve this issue. I just want my refund

    On 7/22/2024 at 1:40 EST I purchased a $14.00 car wash. An attendant told me to select the car wash I wanted. I did. I provided him my credit card. They charged my credit card. He lifted the arm so I could proceed with my car wash. I told him I needed a receipt. He told me to go inside the office after my car wash to get my receipt. Inconvenient, but fine, I have to have it for tax purposes for business. I went through the car wash. I went to the office to ask for my receipt. The person who helped me said, well we are switching systems so the attendant should have asked for my phone number for a text receipt. The attendant did not ask for my phone number. The person in the office checked with the manager. The manager said they were not able to provide me a receipt. The attendant told me, I don't know why the manager isn't giving you a receipt. This is poor and unethical business practices. The least they can do is write on a piece of paper or provide a carbon copy receipt to clients which every business should be able to do in the event that their technology malfunctions.     From June 16,2023 until February 26, 2024 I have been overcharged by this carwash. I had to replace our windshield in June 2023 and when I did the carwash created a second account for the new transponder instead of cancelling the old transponder number. I did not realize this. At that point they charged me twice a month for 8 months. I did not realize we were charged twice until February 2024. We reached out to the carwash on February 27th and were told they would look into it. They found that this indeed happened and reached out to their corporate office. Multiple attempts were made to resolve, but I have heard nothing after a month. We overpaid $359.55. Also, after sending a cancellation request on March 26th 2024 this company has not responded and is still charging my account.
