    Bought a vehicle online from **** and ******************* at Three Rivers Automotive on ********* in *************** that stated in the ad online and also the paper description with the dealer's logo (that I still have and can provide) saying it had remote keyless entry and they only gave me two keys with no keyless remote entry. At first **** was nice but then he turned really rude and said "What, do you want me to send you a fob?" in a snide like "what are you going to do all the way from **********" way. Make no mind they sold me a vehicle that is literally falling apart even after I asked their salesman, **** detailed questions about the rust and making sure everything worked - didn't even make it out of the parking lot and the tail pipe fell off, and the fog lights don't work...I just want the keyless remote so I can off load this piece of junk. I have called at least 10 times and sent an email with photos including to the owner, ****** who has never returned my calls or email. *** just hung up on me and won't answer the phone now. My desired resolution is to pay to get it installed on the vehicle.

    Had a tune up done on September 6th 2022. I am her husband when I drove the vehicle it is backfiring and missing. It cost her over $500 for this tune up on a **** Dodge Ram **** Van.

    Here is a copy of the receipt. Invoice #*****. It only has been 35 days since we have had the repair done. They can not see us until November 1st. Our vehicle is backfiring it was doing this before the time up.
