False advertising, in the original post on ******** the ad said the car needed a little attention not a "mechanic special" and that the car shift hard from time to time. I get there to test drive it. And the ***************** wouldn't let me drive it but only in a small circle around the parking lot. I put a $200 dollar deposit down on it until the next day to purchase it. He let me test drive it the next day when I was about to purchase and it was a list of things wrong that were very unsafe to drive let alone have my kids in. So I told him I didn't want the vehicle. It hasn't even been 24 whole hours in this transaction now he's saying no refunds on my deposit. Which it doesn't say such a thing in any of your documents or office. Straight scams

1 we will let anyone test drive a car the customer chose not to drive the car other than on the lot due to not having a valid drives license

he came in finalized paperwork and drove off on a mechanics special knowing the car needed work. we printed temporary tag he left  brought  car back and refused to pay. he was told all deposits are non refundable due to taking car off market

I am  sorry you are having a frame issues with your truck even though your ins will not cover your frame . We as a company in good faith offered to replace the frame for you for free ! As an act of kindness unfortunately the frame we had found for you that was at no expense of yours did not arrive in the time you expected . So we have chosen to take a different path and remove ourselves from this matter due to the bashing and negative remarks from you. This was an as is vehicle we offered you to the best of our ability to help at zero expense to you over $5000.00 expense to you if done anywhere else. this is the first time i have ever had a complaint from someone who was getting something for free
