      Harrison Dental on **** ** did a procedure on my teeth a few months ago and I just now received the bill. It is 3 times higher than the amount quoted!! How can they justify doing this to a very loyal customer? I wouldn't have gotten the procedure at this amount. I paid what they quoted on the day of service and its just plain wrong to charge 3 times more, three months later. I will never trust their word again. Get it in writing, folks!!

      I needed an emergency appointment which I scheduled with another provider due to Harrison Dental calling me back too late. I requested twice to have my dental X-rays transferred to the other provider before my afternoon appointment. The office manager at Harrison assured me it would be done. The other provider requested my x-rays 3 times the same day. It didnt happen. When I called the third time, after my appointment, the Harrison office manager was gone for the day. The person who took my call said they could definitely understand why I would be disgruntled. No apology. These are my medical records that I paid for and they are being held hostage because I chose another provider who was more responsive. Do better, Harrison Dental!!!!

      My family went to this dental group and have been really disappointed. They are not friendly or personable, and their customer service is awful. Our issues began when one of my children had an appointment scheduled, but never received any calls confirming her appointment. I tried to call the office the day before her scheduled appointment, no one picked up so I left a message and never heard back from anyone. My other child had an appointment later on, and when I brought up what happened with the previous appointment, they told me that appointment was never in the books and must have gotten lost. My child had to get a filling that required a lidocaine shot. After the procedure, I asked how long she would be numb for and was told to expect her to be numb for about an hour and half after. Several hours later she was still numb, so I called the after-hours emergency line and left a message to ask if what she was experiencing was normal. I also used the chat function on their website. Both the emergency line and chat function said I would hear back from the doctor within 24 hours and never did. Frustrated by this, I called to voice my concerns and cancel my future appointment. I was told that the office manager would call me to address this matter, and I never got a call back. I made appointments for myself and my family with another dentist office, and when the new office called to gather x-rays and exam information, Harrison Dental Group lied and said we were a no call/no show to the appointment I was told was lost, and that I canceled my appointment last minute. I have also discovered there are many discrepancies with exam dates and insurance claims. This dental group has been disconcerting and frustrating to work with. Their disorganization and lack of communication was already aggravating, but the blatant lying about their patients when they leave to go to another dentist is completely unprofessional and unethical.

      They are NOT whom they claim to Be. Advertising is an Amazing front. They will NOT provide you with additional options that *** be available for you. It's All about MONEY, NOT CARE, CUSTOMER SUPPORT & SERVICE! Your first visit with them will be amazing. There after, better Open the wallet or it's NOTHING. Key word is GROUP! It's like a whole Group of people Against you, Not for you. They make you feel Less
