      As a loyal customer for years up until today, I am unpleasantly surprised to find out that I am met with the answer of we cant do anything when it came to me canceling my membership due to no longer using it, and not being able to get a refund on the annual subscription fee of $39.00 that has came out of my bank account today, the same day of cancellation. I asked the employee why that was the case as it was quite confusing due to the fact I was literally cancelling my membership the same day the renewal was being charged to my account. I am not going to be using their facility so my question is where does my money go to? Seems like a scam when I am paying for a yearly fee and not even using it. Most companies Ive dealt with in the past have helped me far more than meeting me with an answer of theres nothing we can do. I dont believe that to be true and feel like this company just pocketed my money. After 7 years of being a loyal customer, I will not be returning.
