    I told the repairman about what the dryer was doing but he ignored what I told him and did not LISTEN to what the dryer was doing. He did not leave it run and did not fix it. I spent 400$ now, I cannot get them to call me back to see if we can resolve the issue.

    Attached is a voicemail that we left for ********* regarding the message that she left. The message clearly states why the delay in getting back to her as well as our attempt to get her scheduled and an apology for the delay. She has not returned the call. The message was left at the phone number provided on December 6 at 2:07pm. The office manager that answers the phones and does all the scheduling was out sick for the week significantly impacting return calls as well as the jobs we went on due to the technician needing to perform both jobs as much as he was able. Unfortunately, if the customer doesn't return the call to us we can't get them scheduled to get the issue resolved.
