5 starsAMAZING place!!! They truly care about their students and will go to the absolute extremes to make sure they passespecially *******!! She was phenomenal in her teaching and ensuring that each student was able to learn and benefit from the class in their own ways. Highly recommend going to Essential Healthcare Academy if you are looking for any medical certification that is offered by them! Misled pricing and poor communication. Originally stated that it was $400 for the whole class, and I paid $200 down for application fee and they took the whole $400 out without my permission. Then billed me for $1,800 at $225/week payments. When I called them before the class started to cancel my sign up, they stated they would refund the $400 application fee. They then stated that it was non-refundable at a later date. I was eventually refunded $300 for the total. It felt very predatory and misleading.Essential Healthcare Academy LLC

I see that you were previously enrolled in our Phlebotomy class, the total cost is listed on our website. It is unfortunate that you may have overlooked that information, as there are no hidden costs. In addition, we also provide our refund policy on our website that is recommended to read prior to registering for class. The registration fee is $400, that is also listed on our website and registration form, we are not authorized to take any additional funds from account. It is unfortunate that you dropped the class as we value our students, education, and dedication to healthcare with 100% pass rates. However, I do wish you the best in your career.

The whole team at Essential is the Best! ******** really puts her heart and time in everything she does, she is amazing! Essential is a great place with a good atmosphere, nothing but professionalism and knowledge. I took two courses and I walked out confident after completing them both.
