    We have been going there for many years. *** at the front desk greets us with a smile and we always get a appointment in the timeframe that we need. Very happy with him and all the mechanics. We bring five cars here and we wouldnt wanna bring our vehicles anywhere else.

    I have always been more than impressed and happy with the service Ive received at Tuffys on West ********** They are always extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. I like how they explain everything and their price is the best, fairest around. I always feel that I can trust them 100% in all they do... every single time. I HIGHLY recommend them.

    Excellent customer **********************. Staff explained everything before they repaired it. Didn't try to add more to my initial complaint. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely go back.
