      My doctor sent a referral to this business for my son to be tested for autism. The business never called to schedule the test, so I started calling them. I had to call 15 times a day for a week before anyone answered the phone one time. They told me to wait for a phone call from ************ to schedule his test, its now been 3 months with no phone calls and nobody answering the phone.

      Thank you for making the ********************* at Hopebridge aware of this parent's frustrations with our onboarding process..  Sharing these experiences helps Hopebridge learn and identify potential individual and departmental training opportunities within our organization. Upon receipt, the information Hopebridge received from the physicians offices was reviewed and the parent has been contacted. The child is scheduled to meet with a diagnostician on April 16th.

      Hello I have been waiting for my child to be entered into one of your facilities and have yet to have contact about him. I sent over all documents and you all had referrals sent numerous times. I obtain response for receiving his documents and have had no communication since then. Last July to be exact. Can someone please contact me regarding my child's needs.
