    Had Key Exteriors out for a quote on removing my old patio door and install a new one. **** was very helpful and answered all my questions. The quote was made and then we negotiated discounts. He even called the owner and we were able to agree on a new price and I placed my order that day. Highly recommend **** and Key Exteriors for home improvements.

    When I sought a new storm door for my house, I turned to a company that had previously provided excellent service. However, my experience with Key Exteriors fell far short of expectations. While they once boasted great customer service, it seems their commitment ends as soon as a sale is made.We ordered a custom door in February 2024, with a lead time of ***** weeks. Additionally, I had a sliding door under warranty, but when I called, the owner claimed it was out of warranty without checking. Only after I provided documentation did they agree to honor the warranty.This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Repeated calls and missed appointments have become the norm. Despite scheduling appointments for measurements, their staff consistently fails to show up, forcing us to rearrange our schedules.Despite being told our door was in, subsequent inquiries yielded no progress. Today, on May 13th, 2024, I called again for an update, only to be met with evasive answers and promises of callbacks that never materialized.The customer service representative I spoke to was rude and offered nothing but excuses. Their dismissive attitude towards me, a paying customer, was unacceptable. If I could cancel my order and take my business elsewhere, I would without hesitation. I strongly advise against using Key Exteriors for any home improvement needs.

    Key Exterior is the company to choose if you're looking for a professional company who is very knowledgeable about their products and educating you about the process. ******** was our representative and he has been great from presentation day to checking in after completion. We chose a new shingle roof and siding.We did have an issue with the siding buckling KE was very accommodating with the repair and quick to begin the repair. We were very pleased with the results.

    Key Exteriors is now an enduring business to me. Two decades in *************** and having completed 2 jobs for me with perfection, should add to anyone's decision about hiring Key Exteriors. Communication is vital to any contract. The staff at KE was available and ready with a response at all times. We had issues to work out with job expectation and trim color these matters were addressed with fairness, sincerity and open dialog. Issues will arise with any job. It's the BE attitudes that keeps KE at the forefront coupled with their workmanship. I personally will be using Key Exteriors for the next project. Extra thanks to *********... who brought the job home!

    We had windows replaced with Key Exteriors. We are so pleased with the service and completed work. Starting with ********, he was very informative. He showed us many options and took his time explaining the products. He also helped keep cost within our budget! The two gentlemen that came to install the windows were kind and professional. We will be working with Key Exteriors again for our future needs.
