On October 25, 2024, I had Parker transport my vehicle from the dealer to my home. i paid $72.10. When the driver, ***** *****, arrived, he showed me the damage he had caused to my bumper, which was ripped off from the vehicle. ***** gave me a card number to call to get this issue resolved. I called to speak to **** Novell. The operator said he was not available and usually never is. I waited a week and called again. I spoke with *******, I believe. She said that **** said they could fix my vehicle if I brought it in. I was not and am not able to bring it in. She said she was going back and never did. I called back a week later, and she wanted me to let them fix it, but I could not drive my vehicle again. I waited another week to call, and I got the runaround again. All I want is to be compensated for the damages to my car. It is now December, and I still have not gotten a call back about being compensated for my ripped bumper

      Good afternoon,

This issues was addressed and we made an offer. We thought we had cleared this issues up. We explained what our problem was finding a replacement hood and the amount of money that we would have spent along with a amount beyond the cost of repair was offered. We never received a response from customer from that point.

On Sunday night 9/1/24 at around 2:30-3a.m, my car was involved in an accident on ************* and ***********. The car was towed by Parkers towing and taken to the impound (************). We had $300 cash in a money envelope in the middle console. So when I went to pick up my car from the impound on 9/3/24 at around 10:30-11:30a.m, I was going to use that money to pay for my car and tow it back to the house. I told the lady I needed the money to pay. They do not let you go to your own vehicle to look for money etc. unless you pay for everything first . Instead, she talked over the hand held walkie talkie and asked another lady to look in my vehicle for cash. The lady then checked my vehicle and said No, there is no money. Only an empty envelope. I can look in the doors for them. It was very shady and weird that I couldnt look in my vehicle, but a random worker could to see if my cash was there. It was there when they towed my vehicle and impounded it. Now it is gone. Mind you, I already had the police release form sent over to release my vehicle before I even arrived to get my vehicle. They should have let me look in my own vehicle. I ended up leaving, having to pull money off my account, that I didnt have (making my account -300). I went back to pay and then the lady goes do you want to look in your vehicle before you leave and it gets towed. I went and looked in my vehicle, just to see the empty money envelope. I dug all over and couldnt find the money. I am very very upset. I am 8 months pregnant and the last little bit of money I had to pay for everything was gone. I know the impound lady who checked my vehicle stole the money. I now dont have any money, a negative account and stress being put on me. I am having a baby in 8 weeks and this is very unfair. I want answers. That money should have been in there. I want my money back. My car is a ****** Altima 2017 black. With a Mexican flag laying on the dashboard. The front of the car was smashed.

The date of Service was July 8th between 11 and 1130 AM. Parker towed my car and in the process Bent multiple components on my vehicle. They acknowledged they did it in first call and stated that's why they have insurance. We were given their adjusters name for resolution his name is ****. We are going on two weeks attempting to make contact each time they take a message and never get back. We were forced to still drive on a vehicle that was damaged by there employee. Our tires are ruined from dragging the vehicle as well. W e are only looking to get fixed what they damaged so that our car is safe for driving our family in.

There was a supervisior sent to the location where the vehicle was drop and they vehicle was no longer there to be inspected. A call was placed to ******** to try to get an inspection of the vehicle performed to see if we did the damage. We received another threating phone call from ******** to take us to court so at that point we were noo longer able to speak with anyone requarding this situation.

We would be happy to look into the reported damage to see if we caused the issue. If we can determined that we casued an issue we would be happy to put the vehicle back to it original state.

My daughter was in a car accident and the police towed her car to the Parker towing lot. We went to get it out 3 days later and they are charging us $760.00. They said it was because they had to use a cable to pull it out of a small ditch. Not sure how anyone can charge that much money for this service. I cant even get my belongings out of the car until I pay something. It is predatory business practices. The office is very rude and will not help. They said they refuse to help us. We didnt commit any crimes and did not get our car impounded. They said we have no choice on towing companies so they just have a monopoly on *************** accident recoveries and then over charge constantly. If you read their reviews on ******* they are almost all negative and similar to my story.

      Business Response

      Mr. ****,

Without having more information regarding the type of vehicle, date towed, or location of the tow, I cannot look up the accident and verify the charges. I can however, address some of your other concerns.

First, Indiana State Code 9-22-1-8 allows towing companies to charge an inspection fee to an owner, a lienholder, or an insurance company to inspect or retrieve items from a vehicle. This was put in place since most companies would allow customers to retrieve belongings and the owner would abandoned the vehicle in the lot without paying any fees, leaving the company to deal with the disposal and all associated operating fees.

Parkers does make an exception to our customers who have their insurance company reach out and provide proof that they will be covering the vehicle in full. I apologize if this was not relayed to you.

Second, I apologize if the office staff was rude and unhelpful, but again, without having all of the information, its hard to get both sides of the story. At an accident scene, the **** or other agency, chooses whether or not the customer can have another company come out. Generally, unless the vehicle is an immediate road hazard, they will allow the customer to choose if they want another company or if they want the vehicle towed home or to a repair facility.

I cannot offer a settlement at this time. If you can provide more information on the vehicle, date towed, and/or location of the tow, I can look further into this.

      Thank you,
      ***************************

On 3/6/23 I had a vehicle towed to an auto repair shop. Unfortunately the credit card given for the towing fee had some issues so they took it to their impound. They told me it would be an extra $50 to get it out of impound. I went on 3/10 after I had been paid to retrieve my vehicle. After my girlfriend gave the proper identification necessary to claim the vehicle, I was informed that it would cost $305. ***** informed me on 3/6 that thered be extra fees accrued after 24 hours, but when I informed them of that, the assistant ran to get her supervisor to have her explain the situation. This supervisor basically called me a liar to my face and told me it was up to us to call and find out these issues that lead to this outrageous fee. Unfortunately I was forced to pay the extra $185 in unforseen costs because we need a second vehicle to take my son to and from therapy. I am completely dissatisfied with this encounter and I will be encouraging my friends and family to be use a different company for their towing needs in the future.

I had my trucked towed on 10/10/22 to auto care solutions, **** to get fixed. The person that they sent out towed my truck from the back. The same day the fixed my starter I heard some noises from the back that was not there before I had it towed. I called auto care solutions to see if they can look at my truck, because I was hearing noises in the back of my truck. **** care solutions looked at my truck again. They pulled me to the back and asked me what company towed my truck here. I said Parkers service **** he stated that when they towed my truck they bent both my rear shocks in. They stated that there was chain marks on my shocks from where they hook it up from. He told me to call them to file a damage claim I had to pay for it and Im wanting to be reimbursed because I had to pay for something they did. ** tried to resolve the matter with them but they keep giving me the run around. I sent parkers service *** all the papers from from auto care solutions stated they where the cause of me having to get new rear shocks. And I sent them the receipt as well.

Parkers was called 08/12/22 by the **** to impound a vehicle that had expired plates. When the vehicle was picked up, police even reported only rear end dent in bumper. At time of pickup after having to sit all weekend because theyre conveniently closed, we noticed the car did not make it to the yard in the same condition as it left the scene. The front bumper was hanging completely off on the drivers side, and the back bumper was sitting ON TOP of another vehicle in their yard (pictures attached). We didnt move the vehicle at all until the damages were reported to the tow company. I emailed them pictures of the damages and spoke with a woman supervisor while there. She said they would email me back and call me regarding the damages they had caused. I called every day the entire week after that just to get the same front desk women telling me that theyre writing notes for me. Theyve flagged emails for me, all while recieving no response from management and then apparently never knowing his correct schedule. This business is VERY unprofessional and I will be pursuing legal action in regards to this.

08/11/2022 - current. My husband was involved in an auto accident (not his fault). His vehicle was towed to Parker Towing on 08/09/2022.After numerous conversations, providing all necessary information to Parker Towing, and including multiple conference calls with the ****************************************** as well as a conference call with the Insurance, Parker Towing, and our attorney, Parker Towing is refusing to respond to the Insurance company's towing service so that the vehicle can be scheduled to be towed to the repair shop.Parker Towing has lied repeatedly to us, the insurance company, and the attorney; always with a different excuse for why the vehicle cannot be released. They even stated that the "process" was the police department's required process - I called the police department who confirmed that it is NOT their process. Our vehicle needs to be scheduled for a tow with ***** Towing immediately to be towed to ****** Collision on ************, ***************, **.Parker Towing agreed to a verbal confirmation (with our attorney) early morning of 08/18/2022 to release the vehicle to ***** Towing / ***** ****. That has not happened.
