On Tuesday August 16th 2022, I used Benson transportation LLC for my medical transporation provider cab through ******* Healthwise MHS Indiana. I had a medical appointment with my doctor that day.. I was drop off at my location by this them. I followed what I was instructed to do when ready to get pick up..I personally spoke with someone at Approximately 12:59pm for a drop-off.(.I myself suffer major health problems that impact my mobility. )etc I was told they will send someone out within hour or less.. .But no one showed up .. I end up having to call countless times and was persistently lied too that a car was on the way to take me home..I waited hours outside in the heat waiting for someone to come..You guess it..once again. Unfortunately again I was lied too.. ..luckily a good Samaritan allowed me To call after my phone died . a so I can again contact this transporation company call them again to be told after calling many times I was forgotten and for sure this time someoneis on there way......After 5 hours 30 min later!!! After waiting in pain in massive heat on a park bench very weak finally a car arrived...I'm a human being, regardless off my health etc For this company to do this to myself it's not okay..No one should ever endure such cruel treatment and lies...!We shouldn't have to be lied too and left abandoned at a facility for long hours left and forgotten about.. thank God I'm middle age I feel bad for our Elderly/ Family members using this service ..I'm traumatized from this, Myself so I can imagine our senior's!!who are helpless would .of been..Shame on them..sad... bad for business..
