Superior auto sales and management service employees are dishonest they sing dance and lie to purchase a vehicle that has engine issues and need breaks and say it's the customer fault(my) when I didn't drive the vehicle more than 10 miles had the vehicle less than 12 hours a dishonest businessReview from Ce W

Purchased a ***** cruise Fed 2024 took car to repair shop it had leaks and electrical problems found out March 2024 there insurance does not cover the cost and I had to cover cost of repairs I did not cause they are selling bad cars to young people that are easy to take advantage of and they do not fill responsible are care they just want the messed up car they are selling paid for and its not right there corporate does not care they let this go on do not I repeat do not purchase a car from this place please go else where..I am stuck with a broke car that I cant afford to get fixed and what do they care there still getting paid..meanwhile Im catching Ubers everywhereReview from Jamie H

Bought a 2014 dodge Durango on March 3rd. Took vehicle to recommend shop at Fair automotive, Fair auto had the vehicle for 4 days, ran a full tank of gas out of it and then told me there was nothing wrong with it. Billed me $400.00. The very NEXT day I took it to ***************************** and they said the motor and the Trans were comple destroyed and quoted me at ****** to fix. Warrenty only covers up to 5000. ** told me to take it to another shop to have a lower estimate to be able to finance yet another loan through them to get it fixed, my boyfriend is a licensed mechanic and runs his own automotive shop ( was even able to do the warrenty if he chose too) but ** said he absolutely would not finance me a loan if I took it to my boyfriends shop. He has no valid/legal reason to deny me a loan because of who I am dating. They refuse to work or help in anyway, I was able to drive the the car for only 6 weeks before it broke down. I'd give them a rating of 0.1 out 100 if I could. Al and his employees are very rude and disrespectful and just down right dirty buisness.Review from Benjamin C

After purchasing a vehicle and getting a warranty. The engine blew up. They scamming people through the repair shop across the street in ******** IN. Only had vehicle 4 months. Warranty doesn't cover repairs. Can't get car fixed. It also has 5 safety recall that weren't fixed. We were lied about the history of the vehicle we bought a second carfax report and it was completely different than what they provide. 5 front end collision not mentioned. To Include the fact that the dealers had someone else contact us and say they aren't responsible for selling safe vehicles and the law protects them from doing so. The repair shop gave 4 different quotes to all parties and everyone different. The repair shop was only working with dealer to rewrite our loan and cover outrageous fees. Superior has done nothing to fix the issue.Review from Erica D

Absolutely horrible! I am a very respectful person and understand that used vehicles will have wear and may have parts to replace but i purchased 2013 dodge durango from them and already have problems with it...came with 113 thousand miles on it ans has a oil leak, swayarm is twisted an bent shocks are out of alliment and hitting my struts so much mecanic work a single mom cant affordReview from Robert C

Purchased a 2014 GMC terrain with less than ******* miles. *** we owe $11,000 because of a bad transmission, rear differential seal, etc. Paying $400 every two weeks. Asked for them to re-evaluate our payments due to hours being cut at work and all they can say is I'm sorry. DO NOT BUT FROM THESE JOKERS WITH JUNK CARS. We have been good customers with no missed payments on five years and now they don't care if we have money to live on as long as they get the majority of our income. My work won't give out a lot of information so I sent them every check stub to be told it is not good enough for them. Seriously bad business practice.Review from Amber B

Absolutely horrible! I am a very respectful person and understand that used vehicles will have wear and may have parts to replace but we purchased a ***** Silverado from them for over $22,000 and understood that there could be minor issues over time not too long after found that our transmission was bad. We were told to junk this vehicle because they said the engine isn't in great shape either but we still owe $14000 on this lemon. Transmission was said to $6000 to replace. We have a working family and kids and need our vehicles to get to work and kids to school and other activities, This purchase has caused a great deal of stress and financial burden. I can honestly say that I wish I had seen the other reviews on here before we chose to purchase a vehicle at Superior Auto in ********* **. I now realize that this company is crooked and will be turned in to better Business Bureau. Buyer beware and I say this with all honesty in hopes that you chose a different dealership so you do not end up in a bind as we have.Review from Randall B

Bought a car from them couldn't drive it as soon as it was bought the turbo was bad it was in the shop more than on the road long story short they would not fix it correctly and was not able to ************ they are holding me responsible for the car do not use superior auto they are crooked big timeReview from Daniel L

I have bought three cars from them and each time have been lied to and robbed. To take advantage of people with poor credit and sell them junk. I could have went to the junkyard and bought the same piece of junk I could have went to the junkyard and bought the same piece of junk for ***** cheaper on the newest car my wife got the battery was dead when we went to pick it up they said that they would set it up an appointment to have the car battery changed they never did we called and they said but they never said that so we replaced it the first car we went through three PCMS in 2 years that's $1,600 a piece I just don't want anybody else to get taken advantage of like me and my wife have I pray you guys do not buy from them
