We going though them buy 2019 gmc terrain slt have ****** we ask if the it ever been in accident and they told us they don't know anything about any of there car they get from the action and then 3 week later my wife get in to accident and the air bags don't go off and the the insurance told us the vehicle was in accident by the CCA report shoe it was in accident in **** and sold it to us for $22.500 the insurance pay $13,934 now we have to pay the rest of itReview from Braden A

I went here to get my life turned around I had no way of getting around at the time. I had a decent job butttt I had no work history as in I hadnt been there long enough. I also didnt have a down payment. So I went here because I had to I would just say whatever you do dont go there. At all costs ride a bike first seriously. Theyre charging me over MSRP on an 8 year old car with ******* miles. And Im literally paying more than you would to the Manufacturer. I could understand maybe $16,000 loan or so. Nope its not even that if I were you Id take my money and run. They wont even help you around it if say you get your life in order and the cars killing you and its still in good shape nope theyll just send collections after you and garnish your wages even if the car BLOWS UP 2 days after buying it. I bet theyd charge you if it blew up 10 seconds after signing the papers.Review from Sydney W

Superior auto is straight up a trashy and shady company! I bought a 2013 impala back in August 2023 and it ran fine the first week and then the check engine light came on. I got it checked and it said something was wrong with the power train. Called the dealership. They pretty much told me to kick rocks even though it was under warranty. Life is hard as it already is. I was desperate and made the choice of getting the car. In October of 2024 my brother in law was driving the car and he went into a ditch and totaled it. Insurance deemed it totaled. They paid the worth of the car. Took $4700 of the $11000 i still owed. So about $6000 left. Payments before that were $133 a WEEK. Now they were ***** a week. I had to get a new car with a new payment. I went to an actual car dealership and have a nee car. Still paying for this one. Superior auto took back the impala to their office when i told them it needed towed and i needed a title in order to have it towed. Come back to january. Life throws a curveball and i need to miss a payment. It was either car payment or heat to survive. I talked to someone and they said it was fine. SHE LIED LOL. Now they are harassing my entire family and friends. As far as going to my mothers home and threatening. Dont know what they were accomplishing since they have the car. Calling my stepfathers work. This is harassment. Very unethical and completely unprofessional. Do not recommend unless you want shady a** sales people showing up at your house and making you feel so uncomfortable that its giving you anxiety to go out in public. I am paying this car still and paying back what i owe.Review from CJ P

I got my vehicle August 2024 it broke down November 2024. I talked to the sales associate the day prior to my payment being due. No help was offered and knew my vehicle was sitting at my job two days going on three at that time. My vehicle would not start to be moved. The representative the day after my payment was due less than 24 hours due. Less than 48 hours of speaking with me she did not attempt to call or stop by my home. Instead drove past my home driving an HOUR to put a notice in my vehicle even taking it to the extreme of GOING TO MY JOB saying that she had not heard from me. Now my job assumes I havent made my payments which I have never missed not once. They took it upon themselves to even get under the hood of my vehicle. I make a payment of about $650.00 monthly. Now I am fighting with them over the warranty and getting my vehicle fixed. I owe $21,000 and paying $650.00 a month for 3 months in it breaks down and needs a new starter along with other things. The bluffton office ran by ********* is horrible. She has lied and told so many different stories it's ridiculous. She has taken people's property before the time limit to get said property is up. She has caused several people's jobs at the location to be terminated simply because she didn't like them or couldn't intimate then. She has followed some employees home and harassing them about there personal life outside of work. She has used company time for personal things like picking up kids or grandkids and bot clocked out for the time. She is currently holding my property from me and my daughters property and my grandkids property from them as well. All because she doesn't like my daughter. When I called corporate today I learned that she also lied to them. We have been thry for a month to get our things and she refuses to allow us to do so and lies to corporate about it. Seems like corporate is wrapped around her finger or scared of her for some reason be cause they don't do anything about her. So they allow her to lie and steal people's things and lie about employees and blame them for things she is doing on the clock. Do not use the bluffton office until the replace *********. I have enough proof of all this to ****** police and lawyers because enough is enough and since corporate won't do anything about this maybe a lawyer can.Review from Monte A

Superior auto sales and management service employees are dishonest they sing dance and lie to purchase a vehicle that has engine issues and need breaks and say it's the customer fault(my) when I didn't drive the vehicle more than 10 miles had the vehicle less than 12 hours a dishonest businessReview from Ce W

Purchased a ***** cruise Fed 2024 took car to repair shop it had leaks and electrical problems found out March 2024 there insurance does not cover the cost and I had to cover cost of repairs I did not cause they are selling bad cars to young people that are easy to take advantage of and they do not fill responsible are care they just want the messed up car they are selling paid for and its not right there corporate does not care they let this go on do not I repeat do not purchase a car from this place please go else where..I am stuck with a broke car that I cant afford to get fixed and what do they care there still getting paid..meanwhile Im catching Ubers everywhereReview from Jamie H

Bought a 2014 dodge Durango on March 3rd. Took vehicle to recommend shop at Fair automotive, Fair auto had the vehicle for 4 days, ran a full tank of gas out of it and then told me there was nothing wrong with it. Billed me $400.00. The very NEXT day I took it to ***************************** and they said the motor and the Trans were comple destroyed and quoted me at ****** to fix. Warrenty only covers up to 5000. ** told me to take it to another shop to have a lower estimate to be able to finance yet another loan through them to get it fixed, my boyfriend is a licensed mechanic and runs his own automotive shop ( was even able to do the warrenty if he chose too) but ** said he absolutely would not finance me a loan if I took it to my boyfriends shop. He has no valid/legal reason to deny me a loan because of who I am dating. They refuse to work or help in anyway, I was able to drive the the car for only 6 weeks before it broke down. I'd give them a rating of 0.1 out 100 if I could. Al and his employees are very rude and disrespectful and just down right dirty buisness.Review from Benjamin C

After purchasing a vehicle and getting a warranty. The engine blew up. They scamming people through the repair shop across the street in ******** IN. Only had vehicle 4 months. Warranty doesn't cover repairs. Can't get car fixed. It also has 5 safety recall that weren't fixed. We were lied about the history of the vehicle we bought a second carfax report and it was completely different than what they provide. 5 front end collision not mentioned. To Include the fact that the dealers had someone else contact us and say they aren't responsible for selling safe vehicles and the law protects them from doing so. The repair shop gave 4 different quotes to all parties and everyone different. The repair shop was only working with dealer to rewrite our loan and cover outrageous fees. Superior has done nothing to fix the issue.Review from Erica D
