I have been renting from Property Boss since 2019 and this company does not provide a good service to their customer nor their **********************. They do not care about the safety of their clients renting their property. I have bad mold growing in my bedroom and apartment and it is bad, I need my electricity outlets fixed because they are blown out. This company did not want to fix any problems with this building but instead threatens to evict people for not paying rent even if a health crisis arrive in your life. This company recently sold our apartment building without giving the tenants notification and turned the water off this occurred on 09/30. I have been living in unfair conditions and have demanded for this company to fix problems to our electricity outlets (burned out), plumbing(major leaks on the first floor), mold in the entire building, roofing (rain comes in the building). Me and other tenants have complained about these issues and no one took the time to fix the issue but instead threatens to evict. Please help assist the remaining tenants with livable living.Initial Complaint

When I applied for the apartment I was living out of state and was assured the unit was in good condition. When I moved in I noticed roaches and made a complaint and instead of calling an exterminator they dropped off bug spray that doesnt work and only triggered my asthma. Not even a full month into being in the unit my ceiling collapsed and was cheaply repaired only to leak crack and start falling apart again . After the roaches mice showed up, and bed bugs I didnt have any of these problems before I moved in or after I moved out . The unit I stayed in was not up to code and detrimental to my health and the health of my fianc and children. I lost all my mattress and half my clothing due to the bugs. They are very unprofessional and rent out units to unsuspecting people without disclosing all the problems up front. I was hit with an eviction when they never tried to contact me to accommodate or work on a solution for the problems.Business Response

After not receiving my payment for the month of July, I repeatedly contacted the office with no response. I eventually contacted their collections lines since no one answers anything else. someone answered that line of course, and I was able to get the ball rolling on dealing with a non paying tenant. *********************** allowed the tenant to take an extra 8 days to move out after this person didn't even pay rent until 22nd of July. Rather than reimbursing me for that time this person took to move out of my home, She has decided that insulting me verbally would be the best option. She refuses to provide a final statement regarding the fixes on the home that were made. Because the tenant that she chose to move into my home caused over $1300 worth of damage in just 3 months. While asking for her to be professional and provide me with the documentation that I need, she ended up writing me back and accusing me of not being mentally stable. She is being verbally abusive in this text message that I am going to add in the photos for everyone to read. I refuse now to be nice about this situation. And because I was verbally abused. I am now demanding that I am reimbursed for 8 days worth of rent that I am due. I'm owed $342Business Response

I have never in my 9 years of business had somebody treat me the way this lady has throughout her entire transaction. I mean all over the place like a bad rollercoaster ride.
I came out of pocket to trash out, dispose of and paint her unit after she made me kick the tenant out because she was a couple days late with her rent.
I'm not quite sure how to respond, I'm considering filing harassment charges honestly.

This woman is the biggest liar I've come across in this industry. I have documentation that proves the tenant was 24 days late paying her rent.

On 7/5 Property Boss did an automatic withdrawal from my account without consent or authorization. I have cancelled the repeating payment 3 times. I have update the information I have even tried reducing the amount. The problem persists. When I try calling there is no answer from customer service. I rent from this company I have been here since May of ******************************************************************************************* my living room . It reeks of cat **** and water . There is mold on top of my carpets as well as under very visible . There mold around the base of my shower . I have a 5 year old who has bronchitis. Its not safe for him nor I . I keep putting in request for it to get fixed and its not just patching things up with white caulk . I need help .Im sure they arent living like this so why should I .
