    Contracted BILL NEAFUS CUSTOM POOLS LLC, to build an unground custom pool, paid $100,000 for work according to the terms of the contract. It has been 10 months, I have received several "completion dates" all of which have not been met. This job is typically a 3-4 months, at max 6 in extreme circumstances. Its been 10 months, and lots of conversations and text messages later, the job is not complete. The owner typically visits once a week and completes 1-3 hours of work, and that's it. I researched the business online with the states registration bureau, the business has been dissolved with the state a few months after we signed a contract. DO NOT enter into contract with this company

    Hi **** ****** ***** ** **** ****** ****** ***** agrees and has no disputes with the ********* on the length of time that is taken to complete their project as a business owner in the past year and a half we have overcommitted and taken on too much work and we’re working daily to complete all projects that are under construction in a timely manner I have reached out and have talked to the ********* and we are working together to complete the project
