I am very disappointed with them. They had to come out twice and did not fix the problem. I called them out and they fixed part of the problem. Unfortunately, I had to call them out again the next day for the same issue. They still could not fix the problem. Instead they tried to scare me into buying a new furnace. Telling me there was a carbon monoxide leak and there is not and that it is rusting out and disintegrating. .I had to call a second a repairman out that check 2 more parts and the problem was fixed. The second man also said no carbon monoxide leak and I do not need to replace the furnace just because it is old or the repairman just did not want to do the job. I really wonder how many other elderly, disabled ot single women have been tricked into paying thousands of dollars for a unit that is not need out of this tactic.Bill's Heating, Inc. Response

I do not see that *************************** is a customer of ours. I have searched our database by her name, email address and zip code. Is it possible to get her address?
We do have a ******** in that zip code, but it is a different first name, and there are no work orders that have been generated for that customer since June of this year. Their address is ***************************
I would like to know more information about this call.

I did find this in our system. It was under the name and lot number of the trailer park, not ***************************. I have reviewed the technician's notes, looked at his pictures and spoke with him regarding this call and his findings. The chimney is rusting and there is pitting inside the heat exchanger. For these reasons the pilot light would not stay lite when the wind would blow. Due to the condition and the age of this furnace we did not feel it was safe to continue trying to fix it. We do not use scare tactics in order to make a sale. This was a matter of safety.Review from Dawn C
