1 starWe purchased a 2018 four years ago, and slowly the floor in the kitchen area started sinking. We took it to a certified RV company, and they found out that when it was made, they did not put a gasket around the furnace vent. This caused water to leak in underneath the floor and we had to have the floor completely redone. My husband called the company, he had a couple men who were incredibly rude to him, and then a lady said she would call us back, which she never did. Buyer beware, they are a terrible company who does not stand behind their product. We had to pay $7400 to have the floor redone. We will never buy from Keystone again.Review fromDouglas b

1 starI bought a 2024 **********. The first trip we took we had to use the campsite bathroom, because of a bad leak on toilet, trim was falling apart, centercap was missing and battery connection just came off when I opened the rubber gasket . 1 starBOUGHT MINE 2 MONTHS AGO. TOOK ON SECOND TRIP AND WATER HEATER BLEW OUT, WATER PUMP IS INOP...ELECTRICAL ISSUE. WHEN HOOKING UP. NEVER EXCEEDS ***** PSI. 1 starWORST decision of my life buying one of these 5th wheels! Nothing but problems I have a 2022 Keystone Alpine 3910RK went to lemon law and was suppose to get fixed due to MOLD growing in the unit and a slider breaking the frame by the main entrance! Used only once and was bought brand new! This unit is falling apart staying parked for a $128000 "RV/5thwheel" total garbage. if I could rate 0 Stars I would! Bought a new 2025 ****** 17B camper made by Keystone. Got the camper home and tried to follow procedures for storage. Cant, because Keystone didnt include a way to turn power off to the refrigerator. Because of this I cant leave the refrigerator open to prevent mold buildup inside without the light draining my battery. Cant unhook battery to turn off refrigerator and use onboard battery maintainer. Called Keystone about the issue and they said they were sorry for my issue but they wouldnt be able to fix my issue. Very poor customer service. And, not addressing the issue means they are continuing to sell this model camper with the same issue.

Absolutely a horrible experience. Bought a lemon from Campers world brand new spent over 60k on it and had it in the shop for over 6 months accumulatively within the 1st year they fixed nothing they claimed to fix and now since it is over a year they now say I am out of warranty! Worst camper I have ever purchased. Bought a 2024 keystone ******************, 2024 and its been in the shop since the day after I bought it. Manufactured damages everywhere and keystone does not want to make it right, may 2025 is around the corner and I still dont have the camper. Almost One entire year making repairs and me paying for something I dont have. I took it back literally the day after I bought it and keystone nor camping world would give me a new unit. They just want to repair and repair. You can only imagine how much damage the unit has that they are still repairing it. Its completely ridiculous and outrageous.Keystone R V Company

1 starBack in 2010 we bought a Keystone Outback trailer and had it for thirteen years with no issues. So when we decided to get a new trailer we got another Keystone trailer. I bought the 330RL a little over two years ago and have had problems with it since day one. First thing I noticed was the shower was leaking from under the door rail along the bottom because it had not been sealed. I had to buy caulk and seal it myself. Should have been done by the manufacturer during construction. Then while traveling with it, the plastic fender came off. They installed it with self tapping screws drilled into the aluminum. They did give me a new fender which I installed with stainless machine screws, washers, and lock nuts. But most recently the shower pan was cracked and had to be replaced which cost me $3k. The ** repair shop told me it was due to poor installation and not properly supported underneath the pan. A Keystone customer service representative said that because it was out of warranty they would not be willing to even help with the cost of the repair. Obviously they will not stand behind their product. If anyone tells me they are going to buy a trailer I would have to tell them to avoid Keystone products because of faulty construction and their lack of concern about customer satisfaction.Review fromMARKIES W

The worst decision i ever mad was buy a 2023 raptor 429. We had a cracked frame on our rv and it don't even go anywhere we had over 50 problems on our rv and took it in over 3 times and nothing was fixed called manufacturer they told me they would fix everything then lied to me when I dropped it off we have a rotted slide out do to our fridge being improperly installed guess what manufacturer said nope we are not gonna cover it talk to there lawyer. keystone has lied about there product and will not help fix the problems that has been going on since I bought rv. there was way more to the story but basically they picked and chose what they wanted to fix.our generator hasn't worked but one time for 10 days since we bought ***** back door on garage fell off i had to fix it all my side patio doors leak water and air through the door guess what still didn't fix that problem. They refuse to now I'm out of warranty they have been nothing but rude. funny part is that the deelership I took my camper in to had it 3 times and said keystone denied everything. I am a mobile rv tech but I shouldn't have to work on my brand new unit we put **************************************************************************************************************** and my wife and we have been ripped off they do not care at all. 1 starFirst, how can they be rated A+ by the BBB if they have a 1/5 rating by customers? ??I purchased a new 2022 ****** 352 in 11/2023. I wanted to file a claim here but was a month late. 11 days after the purchase I found my mattress wet and black mold under it. The slider had a roof leak that had been leaking for a while. Keystone refused to pay for the repairs but said they would pay 10hrs. labor as a good will gestureThe final bill cost me almost $6K!Keystone refused to stand behind their product and warranty. I advise you to not buy from them.
