This company installed the glass in our newly installed shower. They only did the glass on the shower. It was installed June 10th, 2023. We quickly realized that the shower door was hitting our toilet and feared what damage it could cause. We quickly notified the company and wanted it fixed. We were told we could just put a stopper on the toilet. That was not a solution as far as we were concerned. My husband talked to ****, the owner, numerous times being told he would research a solution. This went on for several weeks with no call or solution from ****. I sought the help from my agent who installed the rest of the shower. He tried numerous times to help us find a resolution to no avail. I contacted my shower installer again on Saturday July 2nd and he immediately tried making numerous tries to reach someone to help us including texting **** on his personal cell phone. He called me within a short time saying he had told my husband he was researching a solution. He was rather grumpy saying he is still trying to reach the glass manufacturer for solution. I told him I had ******d solutions to this problem and there were numerous ways to do this. I asked that in his 40 years of experience he had if he had ever run into this problem before and he said he had numerous times. I asked what the possible solutions were and he again said some just put stoppers on their toilets. He said he would check ****** for this information which shocked me that in 40 years this was the only solution he had come up with and would again contact the glass manufacturer on Tuesday the 5th as they were currently closed. I asked specifically when I would hear from him again and he said Tuesday. It is now Friday July the 8th with nothing from him. I can not live with putting a stopper on my toilet as a solution. It has been a month since installation with little to no real contact except in response to our and my shower installers inquiries. I need a response and fix to this problem.
