9/17/21 Peterman gave est. of $2,368.00 for repair to water line in yard. the estimate included heavy pieces of machinery, excavate and expose section on existing water line. Replace up to 10' section of 200 PSI poly. Install water line in accordance with city code. 9/22/21 Peterman shows up - does not use heavy pieces of machinery, excavate and expose section on existing water line or replace up to 10' section of 200 PSI poly. They did replace a couple of fittings to fix leak and spent 2 hours with repairs. Peterman still charged us the $2,368.00. We contacted Peterman for price adjustment but they refused and when contacting Customer Svc with them not returning my call. Willing to pay for services rendered but feel this price for is unreasonable due to them not needing to do what the estimate warranted. Did the person giving the estimate hike the price up to get us to pay more??? Would appreciate a call to discuss. thanks,Business response

I had the pleasure of speaking with Carolyn Mattingly on 10/14/21 and offered her a refund of $500 credited back to their credit card that was accepted. I let Carolyn know that our company processes refunds on Wednesday mornings, so the $500 refund will be processed on 10/20/21 and that it normally takes 24-48 hours to finalize.Customer response
