      Indy Landscape Concepts was contracted to put a pool in my backyard. The contract stated the work would be complete and my yard repaired no later than 10/31/2021. There was bad weather and a lot of rain in the fall, so I worked with the owner to verbally/ via text allow the date to move out. After many promises of work to be done and the pool to be finished, as of 5/31/22 the owner, *******************, stopped working on the project and as of 6/2/22 will not return any texts, messages, emails or communication. The company's website has been removed, and texts are no longer being "delivered" as well as not response or work. I am left with a pool insert filled with green/ infested water, a yard that is wrecked and damaged, no pool mechanical equipment, and an unfinished job all around. I have made every possible attempt to work with the company and contact them to no avail. I paid all of the draw amounts on time and without protest, even though they were behind and now am left with a very dangerous situation in my backyard, as well as after some inspections by other companies, a pool insert that has been installed unlevel.

      On April 26, 2021 we signed a contract with Indy Landscape Concepts for replacing overlay tiles on a 256 sq ft patio and a 24 sq ft patio. They did not begin this job until September 7, 2021. When they removed the old overlay tiles, they saw that the patio was cracked, so they removed the the entire concrete patio on both the larger and smaller patios. At this time, I questioned using overlay tiles since we no longer had a base to glue them down on. I was told that it was not a problem, the overlay tiles would work just fine. They redid *********** times because the overlay tiles would not adhere to the sand/aggregate base. I contacted the owner, *****************************, and asked him to come and see this project. He came and agreed that the patio was not done correctly. We can pick up each tile, they are not secured. He said that he would take care of this at no additional cost to us. At this time, it was too late in the season to have the project completed, so he told us that we would be first on the list in the spring and he would be out either March or first of April. In January (2022), we did pick out pavers that would be installed instead of the overlay tiles. He told me that he would order the pavers the week of January 24, 2022. I found out today that he did not order the pavers in January. We paid $11,209.62 for the concrete overlay replacement. This does not include the demolish of the concrete patio. It does include the overlay tiles, but they are of no use to us. We have tried to contact *** by both text and phone call many times.************** and 317-779-617). We have also emailed him at www.indylandscapeconcepts.com, and we have also called the place of business **************) There has been no answer in over a month. We would like to have this job finished or reimbursed for the money we did pay him. Like a fool, I paid him before the job was complete. Thank You!
