Rayskillman Hyundai sold me a used ************************************************************* that if I paid 4,000$ for their **** protection extended warranty then I wouldn't have any issues. I specifically asked them this because it had aftermarket modifications. Long story short is that I have had the car about 6 months with 51k miles and the engine failed. I talked to the denying official name ******* and he specifically said they denied the claim because it had aftermarket parts. even though I sent them the documents proving to them that those modifications did not cause the engine to fail. The warranty company was looking at maximum numbers record by the computer over the life of the car, including data from the previous owner instead of looking at the data at 51k miles when the engine failed.Business response

We bought a vehicle from this dealership on July 28, 2021. We had temporary registration plates placed on the vehicle that expired on September 10, 2021. It is now October 4, 2021 and Ray Skillman has not released the title to the vehicle we purchased from them to the Virginia DMV nor have they sent it to Capital One, the company we financed our loan through. We have called Ray Skillman multiple times to find out where the title is and have gotten different excuses each time and no one has been willing to get to the bottom of our complaint. This vehicle is our only family vehicle we can use and we have now been driving around on expired temporary plates for almost a month due to the fact that Ray Skillman has not provided a title.Business response

We completely understand your frustration and we never want there to be a delay in paperwork. As discussed on the phone, the paperwork was signed for on 9/23 by the name Washington at the Richmond, VA BMV. I apologize there are delays on their end, and we hate that it negatively reflects on us. We hope that the issue is quickly resolved and assure you, we are here to help push it along in every possible way.
