Since I have bragged about Bare Wax giving me great service in the past only to find out that they really are more interested in the money and not the service I felt obligated to also share the other side of the story. I dont want you to ever be disservices like this!?Beware Bare Wax may have Beautiful decor but the give terrible service! Beware if you call in and ask if you should still come in today because you were at a dead stop on the interstate due to construction, and am now moving but GPS says youll be 15 late and ask What would they like you to do, reschedule? They will tell you they will check with your stylist to see what she would like you to do If your stylus is ***, she will tell you sure come on in but will stop short of completing your lashes and tell you to complete them you need to book another appointment at full charge! When you are shocked and confirm she got your message youd be 15 late and asked if should come in. She told me Oh yes because if you didnt come in I wouldnt get paid. So now you want me to come back in to finish the job that you need to complete Yes thats what happens when youre late, I was told. So I booked the appointment for a few days later came in and paid full price. But it was bothering me I have to admit because its such a disservice. Im in the hair industry it would never have cut somebodys hair and require them to come back in and pay full price because I was unwilling to finish it for them.My mind is blown I went ahead and scheduled my next two appointments only to receive a text message stating after much prayer the team has determined that I would be happier and another place. Really!
