The team at Region Home Buyers arrived on time, inspected the house, answered any questions, and then were responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. We received an offer within two days, which was thoroughly explained to us to ensure we understood the process. Upon acceptance, their staff started the closing process and sent/emailed documents that were required for closing in a secure manner. We were able to get documents in time for our estate lawyer to review them before we signed. The closing was yesterday, and everything went smoothly. I was very pleased with the entire process and the people that I worked with. I recommend them for your home sale.

****** at Region Home Buyers did a great job with the cash sale of my home. He inspected it and gave me an offer, including an accurate estimate of the closing costs, within less than 48 hours. He kept the offer open for three weeks to accommodate my schedule. He arranged for the closing and it all went very smoothly.
