Ok so Thursday night went to see a concert and I had made reservations on the besthotel site for this best western ***************** . We arrived around 2 am our time and when we walked in the night audit was extremely rude saying what do you want !? I said Im not from here but Im hoping I have the right place .. I made reservations online she then says ok whatever name I give name she says yep definitely charging a ********************************************************************** she then starts rolling eyes talking about myself and husband out loud to a guy and laughing giving looks rolling eyes I go get my card from car come back in she says you ok b**** I said actually Im good are you ok because youve been the b**** since we walked in she then says well guess what now you have no place to stay I said I am talking to you the same as you have me since entering this facility, the security guard said come on stop to her and myself which I appreciate him because she then says Im calling cops I didnt charge your dam card s*** I said I want a refund Ive paid for the room ***** and you are refusing us our paid room she said not my problem call Expedia I didnt use them the security guard then spoke up said ***** get a refund tomorrow I said well I know she charged my card an extra 100 she yells I didnt charge s*** and your gunna go to jail why because you just charged my card 100 dollars when refusing a room not right I want a refund and receipt the security guard said you are out of town the cops will arrest you for trespassing so probably should go , shes laughing saying yep youre the one thats going to go to jail laughing saying some nasty things well I said fine Ill go but you better not used my card for the 100 and I will be calling bank asap for my refund of a room you refused us and now we have to drive hours home at 230 am she still yelling things when I get to the door then find out she went ahead charged my card 100 dollars after she swore she didnt
