    I was looking for a light bulb that supported an earlier model of Verilux Happy Light. I could not find it on Verilux's website, and got a ****** search saying Interlightus. com had it. I typed in the exact light bulb model. Interlightus showed the exact model. I bought it and paid the $15 on shipping. When I received the bulb, it was DAMAR and, while attempting to install it, it broke in my hand. Not only did they send me the incorrect bulb, they also provided misleading information on their website. I wrote their customer service explaining what happened, and requesting either a refund or an accurate replacement. The representative, named ******, had no empathy. She said I should have had realistic expectations, and that such a risk came with ordering generic, replacement products: "That unfortunately is the risk when purchasing aftermarket product. Since the bulb automatically broke upon you installing into your fixture, unfortunately there is no further action we are able to assist with. We are unable to issue a full refund. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Have a great day." Those were her exact words. Obviously, her poor customer service was worth a bad review on Yelp and on ******. She disagreed, saying she took customer service very seriously. That was the first time and the last time I ever bought an item from that company.

    If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a light from them for my refrigerator. There was no indication on the website that it was not made by my refrigerator's manufacturer, and no different part number. When the light came it was a completely different warmth than the others in my refrigerator, so the brightness of the light is very noticeably different. I called Interlight and they told me that they reserve the right to substitute a different light as long as it will fit, regardless of the warmth. They won't refund my original shipping cost and I have to pay for return shipping. What a waste of time and money.

    The company had a listing for halogen bulbs that I need for my oven. I ordered, they shipped - the email invoice has the correct part number that I ordered.When a package showed up, the invoice inside lists a completely different product - they claim it's a COMPATIBLE replacement, citing a fine print on the website.Here are the facts:1) ordered halogen - shipped incandescent 2) lumen rating certainly lower than ordered (600 vs 400)3) Bulb base is smaller than E26 (like E14 or E12)To fix their mistake, the company is asking me to pay for the return shipping.Avoid like a plague.

    Interlight is a fraudulent seller that uses bait and switch sales tactics whereby they will list a premium product with strong brand recognition and then substitute an inferior lower cost item in its place. They deny any wrongdoing for what is obviously an illegal business practice and will willingly only offer a partial refund if the item is returned.

    I ordered a Holtkotter bulb **** over the phone from Interlight the bulb was $47.87 and with shipping $64.89 and never got it . Called and told them and they sent out another one that i got . And as the internet tracks you on things i got a ad the same bulb was $16.04 and free shipping on **** so i ordered it for a spare . When it arrived through **** it was from the same company Interlight . I am upset that i was over charged by this company . I have all the invoices and malling labels to show that both bulbs came from the same company Interlight I have called this company several times to ask why and if i could have the difference in what i paid through **** . I have talked to at least 3 different ladies and one lady forward my call to management Mr ***************** and it went to his voice mail and he has ignored me . Will never by through them again. They advertise they have an A+ rating with the BBB while you wait on the phone for an agent .

    Absolutely terrible company. They sent me the wrong light bulbs. It turned out that the Interlight did not have ordered light bulbs. Instead of to cancel my order, they sent me the wrong bulbs, which are not for residential or general service use. The company refunded only the price of the wrong light bulbs ($25.76). I paid out of my pocket $ ***** for shipping and returning them.The company does not deserve even 1 star.

    We recently ordered batteries for our epirb, but were sent the wrong product. Despite promptly responding and apologizing for their mistake, the company only refunded us a partial amount, even though they acknowledged their error. Additionally, the customer service representative we spoke to on the phone was rude when we requested clarification on the matter. We believe it is important for companies to be held accountable for their actions, and therefore, we plan to leave negative reviews on both the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports websites. It is our hope that other potential customers will be cautious when dealing with this company, as their lack of honesty and poor customer service is concerning.

    Received the wrong light bulb. **************** number does not answer. Voice mail is full. Very costly bulb. Dont even know how to return.

    Sold them a few new working specialty bulbs. They cancelled the payment saying the bulbs did not work. We asked for the bad bulbs back, after all we needed proof and if they were non-working the bulbs were useless to them...they refused and cut off communications. We did the same thing again when they again ordered bulbs from us (wholesale). We didn't recognize the buyer the second time, we've since blackballed them.Look in the dictionary for 'Thieves' you'll find this company as an example.can't leave less than 1 star, they don't deserve even that.

Spoke with - ***** -(she added - like the ****** ******* -(she added - like the color) I also spoke with a loud hateful person who said her name was ********************* WHO YELLED THAT AT ME.THEY DONT HAVE ANY PRODUCTS, NO BULBS, NO ANYTHING. ALL THEY HAVE IS ********. IF YOU CLICK AND TRY TO ORDER, YOU WILL BE SO SORRY. ALL YOU ARE ORDERING IS SOME Pieces OF S*** to hit your bank account for a lot of money
