    ****** Best-One Tire is a family owned and operated business that has served the South ***** and Northern ***** community for 60 plus years! A business around for that long must be doing something well and they sure are! These folks **** over backwards for their customers. Its not easy to run a small business (I do myself) and not every customer is right. There are some customers who, no matter what you do, will never be happy. But in my experience, the folks at ****** Best-One are courteous, honest, and they get the work done on time as promised. I recommend them 100%.

    WORST CAR SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.Every time I have taken my car there, I always have more problems than when I started with.Customer service is terrible, instead of fixing the problem they refer you to take your car to another shop. Even got my oil changed there once and driving home my car almost blew up because a "faulty oil filter" was used. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also had a coolant leak that I took in to get fixed. They put a brand new radiator in and I still had a leak. Over $500 later and my problem was still not fixed. Isn't it a car shops job to fix the problem you addressed? They did not even offer to look at my car that was leaking when I took it back, referred me to go to another shop. Also had a check engine light which I never had to begin with on when I first "got my coolant leak fixed". The lady **** at the front desk told me to just drive it until it goes off. Goes to find out my MAP sensor was never plugged back in which could have more caused serious problems with my car.
