  We talked to Top Notch Asphalt ***************** at ************** home and garden show about sealing our driveway. He took our information and said he would give us an estimate. After several weeks we heard nothing from him. I called him and he said he was there and sent us an estimate. We had not received anything from Top Notch. He verbally said it would cost **** dollars and he would brush seal our driveway. We agreed this would be fine. He said he would call the day before he was going to do the job. This was during the week of May 15 2023. He never called but showed up May 22 2023 and we were not ready or expecting him. He said he would come back May 23 2023. We power washed the driveway clean for him to do a good job. He came and sealed the driveway but only brushed 5 feet out from the house and shop. He thinly sprayed the rest of the driveway. The cracks are not sealed and I have ant hills pushing up thru the cracks. I called *************** and said the job looked bad and ask him to look at it with me on May 24 2023. He never called so I called him and he rudely told me he said he would call 1 day before he would look at what he had done. This was May 31 2023. I want my driveway sealed as was told it would get done and stop the ants.

  Here is a copy of the original contract that was singed by both of us we agreed to clean & prep driveway Hot rubber treatable cracks seal driveway with a heavy equipment traffic sealer doesn't say by hand also there is a check **** where it says lay asphalt in drive or lot as is and it's checked yes we can't be liable for ants coming through the driveway we wasn't the company who installed the asphalt we just sealed it we was scheduled to seal the driveway 5-22-2023 mr. ***** knew we was scheduled that day we had two jobs scheduled in Decatur my company and I drove all the way over there once we pulled up there was a car parked on the driveway also a lowboy trailer I tried calling and got no answer I left a message we left and went and done the other drive I had scheduled then ***** hirsy calls asking if we was still in the area I told her we had left so we once again schedule for 5-23-2023 attached is a picture of the driveway after it was sealed also there is a copy of the original contract my company is not reliable for ants coming through the driveway also we can't fix every crack he is wanting that's why it sates hot rubber treatable cracks

   I am rejecting this response because: this was a very poor job of sealing my driveway. I ask him to look at it with me. So far he has been rude when i called. I also told him I would be home all week of May 29 and still got no response. I'm not happy with the work done and want it done right like he said he would.
