      I just purchased from bulk ammo for the first time, I needed a last minute Christmas gift for my boyfriend, I ordered only a couple days before Christmas and I swear my order shipped within minutes and arrived less than two days later it was incredible! I will definitely buy from again and I recommend you do for all your ammo needs!

SCAM!SCAM!SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!SCAM!STAY AWAY!You have to pay through ******, Venmo or Zelle.Once Payment is ******** get an email with a tracking # from ************** who is the shipping company and part of the ****!The email will tell you that you have to pay $200 for insurance before releasing the order .The guy from ********************* named **** who you chat with online tells you that they don't do this to all customers "BRO" trying to use comforting words and says you can "TRUST" me.Stay Away!

      I have bought ammo a couple of times from BulkAmmo.com and the package has always arrived as per the order and in good condition. Have fired hundreds of rounds of different calibers and I can attest that the ammunition quality is great. With that said, what impress me the most is their customer service, truthfully speaking is beyond expectations. Recently I placed an order and after several days without receiving the package I contacted BulkAmmo to follow up, after they confirmed delivery with the carrier, we got to the conclusion that it had been stolen. So I filed a police report immediately to cover myself. What happen next blow me off, I received an email from BulkAmmo customer service asking me to provide a copy of the police report and to expect a later email from the carrier with the replacement of the ammunition that was stolen and that was exactly how it turned out.Let me remind you, I did not asked for the ammunition to be replaced, in fact I was less expecting for BulkAmmo to voluntarily offer the replacement of the order. I will continue doing business with BulkAmmo even if occasionally they are a bit off on the price compare to others.

      I have bought from BulkAmmo several times, however the last time I was shorted one box of ammo. It was out of twenty so wasn't tragic but still, counting to twenty should not be that difficult. I was requested to take pictures of the missing item. Not sure how you take a picture of something that isn't there. I was not reimbursed.

      Good afternoon! I'm sorry you did not receive your full order! I do see where you contacted us and we asked for photos so I wanted to give more context on why we ask for photos. We request photos of what you received so we can find out where the error occurred. A lot of times packages can be damaged by the carrier and if they are then we will submit a claim with the carrier. We can tell if it was a carrier issue by the photos (they will use specific tape when they damage the package). The carrier will not let us file a claim if we do not have photos of what was received. I understand it seems illogical since you are missing product, but the photos we need are of what you received. We will be happy to help you with the missing product. You can reach out to us on the email we sent or send a new email to our customer service.

      Their selection is always changing. If you don't see the brand or usage type you're looking for, wait a week and check again. Prices are fair and standard shipping is pretty quick.

      I can not speak to the quality of the ammunition, but my Yugo Surplus box arrived with minimal paper packing and the ammo box suffered chipping on almost every corner and edges, a cracked box slat, as well as quite a bit of paint loss. I carefully looked at shipping options and, despite this statement: "... we will take care to use sturdy boxes, plenty of packing material, and lots of tape.", I chose to pay extra for full coverage packing protection."Why?" Because the box was an important part of the sale! I quote the advertisement:"The Cyrillic stencilled wooden crate alone makes it well worth the price -- especially if you need a prop for the ******************* movie you're filming in your backyard."I expected an ammo box with packing material taped around the box ("plenty of packing material and lots of tape." , Right? There was NO extra tape anywhere and the box was a joke for this item's weight and material: ammo box is 20 x 12 x 6 inches; the packing box is ***** x ***** x 6.5 inches). The ammo box weighs **** lbs and the SINGLEWALL shipping box has a crush rating of 65 lbs. and an edge crush weight of 32lb/inch). 8 sheets of paper wedged around it in a box with only an inch or less of clearance ( Even a box within the box or a simple piece of cardboard taped around the wood would have prevented most of the damage incurred). The inside of the shipping box included paint chips and wood splinters but I was told it appeared the damage was the shipper's fault and that the damage was commiserate with something that old DESPITE the obvious new wood chips and shiny metal under the paint loss). The INSIDE of the shipping box showed more wear and tear than the outside. I was told it was the shipping company's fault and since the ammo survived, I will just have to deal with the damage. I was shunted to 3 different "customer service" people and all played the blame game.DO NOT buy this ammo if you care about the box. DO NOT pay extra for safe shipping.

      Hi ******** I'm glad to hear the ammo was not damaged. After looking through your interactions and pictures, I do see where our fulfillment team used packing infill and the ***Tape" method, which is used on any heavy items. Unfortunately, once it leaves our warehouse and is in the carrier's hands, we cannot control how they handle the package when loading and unloading from their trucks. We have explained multiple times that package protection is like insurance and is used when a package gets lost in transit or is damaged from the weather, it does not have anything to do with how the order is packed. We are sorry you felt you were "shunted" to different people, but you asked to speak to different people. We have also told you multiple times that we would accept the package back and send a new order (against our SOP), but cannot guarantee the new order will arrive in pristine condition, and we also offered to refund the shipping fee and package protection fee (against our SOP). If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

      Find another ammo dealer I spent thousands of dollars on ammo, and was extremely pleased. One shipment, ***** didn't deliver the ammo, and BulkAmmo expected me to pay for it even though I didn't receive the ammo. After long debates with their customer service, I was asked to take my business elsewhere.

      Hi *****,We appreciate you choosing to do business with us and we are sorry for the issues you incurred with your initial order's shipment. You had contacted us to let us know that your initial order had not been received and we promptly started an investigation with the carrier to locate the package. After the carrier's investigation, they reported that the package was correctly delivered to the shipping address entered during checkout. Because the package was believed by the carrier to have been correctly delivered, and due to the nature of the products we sell, we requested that a police report be submitted for the lost/stolen package. Once that police report had been submitted by you to our team, we created a new replacement order (at no additional cost to you) and had it shipped to you with an Adult Signature Requirement to ensure that the replacement package would be properly delivered.We received a chargeback (a forced refund) from your credit card company for the initial order. This chargeback was finalized after the replacement order had been shipped and received by you and we are now at a loss for both the initial order and the replacement order.The chargeback was never reversed by your bank so you essentially received one package for free, and our business lost out on two packages. We hate losing customers and I'm sure you can understand, from a business perspective, how we could not continue doing business this way and keep our doors open for long.
